"Just the things mentioned in the text I sent you could have helped us rate 5 stars (really the master bedroom fireplace working and the tub holding water is the biggest thing). We also hope there is a next time again soon!"

Simply Wow!

The size was perfect as we had plenty of room to roar.
The lake was literally 10 minutes from the property and close to restaurants and shopping.
We will return

Bachelorette weekend
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came here for my best friend's Bachelorette Party. Very spacious home with plenty of room for the 12 of us. The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything you could imagine. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a day at the lake. The property manager, Erik was very reponsive and tended to our every need.

Family trip

Great to meet your family and so glad you had an amazing stay. 99.9% of homes in Lake Tahoe don't have A/C due to temps dropping around 35 degrees in the afternoons/evenings. Great cool evenings do the trick in most circumstances.

Fourth of July Family Vacation

Issues that he attended to immediately.
The property however needs some updating. A lot
of old/mis match items. The sheets provided looked dirty. The comforters were filthy. Erik was very responsive to all issues. He had his cleaning crew there immediately to try and make things right. The backyard is not usable space. It is full of weeds and Foxtails. It also backs up to a very busy road so there is a lot of street noise. The pictures in the listing were very misleading. Erik was a great host, but we would not stay there again.

Kathy: Thank you for your feedback and compliments during your stay and in your review. I am glad we could work through the things you requested during your time in Tahoe. We provided the sheet replacement and assured you everything was of course laundered 100%, provided additional new towels so your larger group had extra and no need to launder them. Sent a handyman to weed eat and remove the tall grass debris in the area around the trees as I know some dogs can be bothered by what looks like foxtails. The yard is naturally landscaped and mostly woodchips in the back fenced section, but certainly a usable area. I will follow up to see which photos seemed misleading, we would of course never want that to be the case and I trust our past reviews show otherwise. Of course Fourth of July in Tahoe does have extra traffic on Pioneer Trail, so during some hours of the day can be busier than normal. This continues to be one of my best rentals, and one of the best floor plans with an enormous great room, kitchen, and primary suite. Come again soon!

Best winter vacation ever!
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect place to stay if you have a large family. All the rooms are spacious, multiple bathrooms and the biggest great room for dinner and games together. Backyard is fenced for kids to play and pets can't roam away. We felt perfectly safe. Highly recommended!
