Great Spring Break Trip to SL Tahoe

Communication and check-in were seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Heavenly Spring Break
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur group of 5 stayed here to ski Heavenly for Spring Break for the college kids in our group. The layout was excellent and it was an easy 5-minute walk to the gondola. We used the ski valet at the gondola to avoid the walk lugging our skis and that worked great. We also used lockers to store our shoes as we skied.
The unit above us had some heavy footed people on a couple of the later nights, but that was really out of the property owners control, and we viewed it as something we just have to deal with in condo living at times. We would stay again!

Be aware/Needs improvement ASAP
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property management expects you to do “inspection” of the property for them and notify what needs to be improve or repaired upon arrival. We had a major water leak under the kitchen sink that was clearly there before our arrival. The living room with a couch and the area rug was very filthy and disgusting. It needs to be washed on a regular basis before giving the units for rent. Overall, the rental apartments old and outdated. However , it is in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to heavenly village.

Ella, we appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review. We're terribly sorry the kitchen sink had issues for you during your stay, but are happy our team was able to fix it promptly for you. We're also sorry that you did not enjoy the replacement rug brought over by our team, even when we did not find anything wrong with the original rug upon our own inspection. For future guests to note, our teams do a thorough inspection of each home before check in and our carpets/furniture are deep cleaned regularly. Also, the photos of the unit are updated and accurate on our listing for your review.
