très bien situé

hotel très bien situé très proche du bord du lac et d'une plage de sable vraiment exceptionnelle. Il faut quand même traverser une rue faisant office de parking pour les visiteurs du bord de lac ( nous n'y avons pas nagé, mois de février oblige.) Chambre et ambiance restaurant très bien également. Déçu par contre par le restaurant. Il y en a tellement d'autres aux alentours!

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et qualité des chambres ainsi que le shuttle qui peut nous emmener ou nous voulons. Vraiment, nous recommanderons dans hésiter.

Was disappointed in the location of the resort in terms of beach access. Room was first floor steps from the road/parking for beach. Horrible view-considering “beachfront”-basically saw backs of vehicles which were not hotel guests. Strange area-didn’t feel overly safe, beach access was gated and locked, however held open(?)

I am pleased to see that your enjoyed your stay, overall, though its disappointing that it fell short of a 5-star visit. The neighboring beach area is privately owned and open to the public for a nominal fee, though we provide complimentary beach access to our guests as a thoughtful amenity. While we cannot control local traffic or manage parking on a public street, we trust that you nevertheless enjoyed the close proximity to Lake Tahoe's majestic and soothing blue waters. Thank you again and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again at some point in the future.

An excellent resort hotel. It’s a very comfortable place to stay and convenient for the restaurants at Heavenly village and Harvey’s Casino. The staff were very helpful and made the stay extremely enjoyable. There’s access to the lake beach right outside, a free shuttle and bicycles (we loved cycling in the woods along the shoreline nearby and got to see a beautiful bear makings it’s way down towards the lake). We noticed a few comments about gas fires not working - the pilot light can blow out if there’s been a strong lake wind: all you need to do is ask and they’ll come and fix it straight away). The facilities are faultless and we’d recommend it to anyone). Jet Skis at the marina next door we’re fun too. Thank you to all the staff fir making it home from home during our stay and we hope you enjoy the ski season when summer and fall is over.

Horrible place, Nasty smell, dirty bedsheets, bedbugs, filthy carpets spiderwebs everywhere

First, rest assured The Landing Lake Tahoe -- and the industry as a whole -- take many proactive measures to protect our guests and staff against bedbug infestations. I am happy to report that, to date, we have never encountered this issue at our property. That said, I am disappointed that other aspects of your stay missed the mark. Please know that all of our rooms go through a rigorous inspection process before guests check-in and it's regretful to read that the cleanliness of your accommodations did not live up to our own high standards. We loved this place! Extremely convenient to everything especially the lake! The staff was amazing and Jimmy’s is top notch!
