The room was dirty and smelled like smoke and cat pee. We tried telling the manager that we couldn’t stay due to asthma but he refused to give us a refund. We tried giving the key back before we left but there was never anyone in the office to meet face to face.

When we got to the property there was no one there to check us in. We had reservations. We had to call, then wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. The room was very hot. They could have turned on the air conditioning since they knew we were coming. It was 93°outside. Room was o.k., but there were no ice or snack machines. Landscaping was not done anywhere on the property. Not impressed by a long shot. Next time, we will stay somewhere else.

Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe manager and other guest were very rud. They profiled us in a manner that wasnt very professional. Unpleasent experience at the bar next store, they were video taping us a when we just wanted to relaxe and have a drink after work.

They charged me an extra $22 and never reversed it. Had to wait 20 minutes outside because there was no one at the facility to check us in. Exterior door lock was not secure.

Publié le 9 juill. 2023 sur HotelsIt was so bad I checked back out within a half hour. I understood why they have a no refund policy - when you realize how bad the place is you’re already trapped. Their rating of 7.2 is a joke. It’s not even a 1. And hotels.com won’t stand by their customers and force a refund. Now no longer a hotels.com customer.
