A LUXURY BEACH experience at Beach House Condominiums located at 3400 Gulf Blvd., awaits you! This gorgeous 3rd floor, beachfront, condo has recently been renovated. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with unbelievable gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. Take a dip in either of the sparkling clear pools or relax in the hot tub at the end of the day.

Plenty of room for my spouse and I, plus 20 & 16 year old kids. Easy access to beach, clean pools, and short walk to stores & dining. Some repairs needed, but nothing to impede our stay.

1. Accessing the key box is ridiculously difficult. Should be replaced with something that works better. 2. The TV didn’t work. Host had to come to the unit to activate the system. It would be an improvement to get rid of the streaming service and have plain vanilla cable service. 3. Most cooking utensils have seen better days. 4. Ceramic range top badly scratched. Difficult to clean.

Loved the view, condo was clean, plenty of space. We encountered a few issues..Not able to get the TV to work, and AC wasn’t working. The property manager came and helped get the TV straitened out. Not sure if the AC, ended up being fixed or not, however with the cooler weather opening the door and turning on fans was enough to be comfortable. Overall, our stay was good

Excellent place with an excellent host!
We booked this last minute trip and we couldn’t give it the review it deserves. Our best booking we’ve ever had! The property manager was so sweet and accommodating. She checked on us several times throughout the week. The condo is large and spacious, clean and has everything you need! The listing gives you the perfect idea of what you will need to pack so there are no wasted trips to the store. Having the beach chairs and toys supplied by the host made the trip all the more enjoyable saving us that extra expense of beach rentals or purchases. The beds were so comfortable. Pools were always quiet and relaxing. Balcony gives the best views of the beach and fireworks at night. So close to all of the action on the island yet far enough away that you don’t have all the traffic noise. The gated property offered us reassurance and security to further enjoy our time with the kiddos. Elevator was amazing to have when trekking back and forth from the beach with all of our gear. The condo is warm and inviting and decorated so tastefully! We will most definitely be booking this condo on our next trip to SPI! Thank you ladies for such a wonderful week!

The place was amazing! I didn't want to leave! The view was breathtaking. I loved that the whole property was gated and that we had a private walk out to the beach. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone! Hopefully we come back again in the distant future.

Our favorite condo!
We’ve been coming to this condo since 2017. We did try to go to another condo during the pandemic because it allowed dogs but it just didn’t have the same charm as this one and couldn’t wait to get back. This condo has everything for cooking in the unit and for going to the beach. It’s so nice that we don’t have to drive with everything from Georgetown. We did have to bring our own popup but much easier to drive with just that and not have to bring everything else. Can’t beat the location with amazing views and close proximity to the beach. I loved that we could just walk down the path and be on the water. The section of beach in front of the Beach House was so much less crowded than the beachfront in front of other properties which has always made it easy to keep an eye on kids. Already can’t wait to come back next year!

Great views with easy access to the beach.
Great views, good location, and equipped with everything you need. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was quick to respond to messages. My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and we didn’t have any issues. It was a quiet property with walking access to the beach. The condo is also centrally located on the island so it was easy to get around and not have to deal with traffic. We would stay here again!

Great Location and Updated, But…
Pros - The proximity of the condo to the beach is perfect. Just a short walk. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo is updated and has everything you will need. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, coffee pot (including filters), toaster, pots and pans, etc. Had soap for washing clothes, dish soap. Seriously everything you need! It was also very spacious for our family of 4 and could easily accommodate more. Cons - The condo could’ve been a little cleaner (there was still sand in the dining room chairs when we got there and someone’s leftover clothing was in the bathroom under a shelf.) I’m pretty sure the a/c unit sits in the closet on the patio and it was hard to enjoy the sounds of the ocean when it was running. Also, there is a whiteboard in the kitchen that says you must have a parking pass or you will get towed. At no point did we receive an email stating this prior to our arrival. The owner told us to get with a security guard on a golf cart. We never saw a security guard for the five days during our stay. We tried to get one at the manager’s office, but one of the residents told us they currently don’t have a manager onsite. Thankfully we were never towed. It was also disappointing that the main pool was under repair and could not be used. They had a small dipping pool that you could still use. Really, it is not a big deal, but at no point did we receive any communication stating the main pool was being renovated. It would have been nice to know.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Amazing all around!
Very comfortable homey spacious condo. Checked all our boxes from the location,cleanliness,functionality, comfort and hospitality! Everything was so perfect! Amazing views From every room! Beach toys chairs and towels were the best! Loved the keurig coffee maker every morning. Beds were comfortable the pillows were soft. Our kids were able to enjoy there game consoles thanks to the easy modern and quick wi-if access. Huge counter space and dinner table were a plus. In house Washer dryer we’re very convenient no need to stress about dirty laundry. Truly a home away from home! Wish we could have booked longer and will ABSOLUTELY be sure to stay again!

Absolutely Amazing!!
From the check-in to check-out our stay was simply put Amazing! The condo was serene and tranquil, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The location, right on the beach was to die for when it came to sun sets and sun rises! Everything was a short drive away and reasonably priced. The main bedroom and ensuite bath are awesome, the views of the beach are stunning! The second bedroom had 2 beds and my children loved their own space and their own separate bathroom. Everything is provided, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, beach toys and other supplies. One of the 2 pools were under construction but the other was functioning perfectly as well as the hot tub and it was a joy to relax in. Parking was secure as described and the path to the beach was a short couple minute walk. Depending on the time of day and the haze coming off the water you can see 5-6 beautifully lit Oil Derricks on the horizon! We only stayed for the Father’s Day weekend and were extremely sad to have to depart but will definitely be booking this gem again!!

A restful week
Great time, perfect weather, beautiful beach setting. Condo was great--had friends stay a few days with us. Cocktails on the balcony watching the waves, and then cooking great meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Really like that the Beach house complex isn't too large. Pool being refinished didn't bother me--we were all beach all the time--but glad to know ahead of time. Great service w/ additional fans when ceiling fan went out. Will come back!

False advertising
We were looking forward to a nice beach vacation that unfortunately turned into a major disappointment. First things first. The location and complex even though old, are well maintained and with plenty of parking space. The unit itself, looks great in pictures but the first thing we noticed was the very worn and stained sofa and recliners. So much so that I did not dare to sit on them without first covering them with my own beach towels.. We always take our shoes off and immediately noticed some stickiness on the floors that we attributed to the normal humidity on the environment. After less than an hour I felt a build up on the bottom of my feet and couldn’t believe the amount of dirt stuck to them. They were totally black. This was extremely disturbing. For the rest of the stay we had to wear socks that we ended throwing into the trash on our way out. The balcony/terrace was filthy too. We had to move the furniture and clean it in order for us to be able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The king size bed was supportive on one side only. The other side will make you sink and roll. On the other bedroom one of the beds was positioned right in front of a blasting AC and the other was ridiculously squeaky! Remember we are 2 people and only half of a beds available functioned properly. The AC compressor kicked hard every time; all the time. Day and night. The second bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. The place was advertised as having 2 pools and a hot tub. Well the truth is only one pool is big enough to actually swim and not just soak. The other pool is so small it looks more like a large hot tub. The large pool was one of the main reasons we booked this place. We love to do laps early in the morning. Surprise! Remodeling of pool (and hot tub) started the day we arrived! Yes! Not only were we left without a pool but also the constant hammering, drilling and racket of a coming and going construction crew. HOA communicates well in advance of any major work so the fact that this info was conveniently omitted is wrong. Had we known this was the case we wouldn’t have stayed there. Last thing I’ll point out is that by now is pretty obvious the cleaning crew of this place is incompetent or very lazy. We found a bottle of perfume, a single flip flop under a bed, a sleeping mask, party plastic beads and an open box of condoms! I haven’t been to South Padre in over 20 years and probably won’t be back. Ever. We’ve been robbed. Literally.
