PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is located within a gated community that has strict HOA rules and regulations. All reservations are subject to approval from the HOA. All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. Step into paradise in Bella Vita, a gorgeous 4 bedroom/5 bathroom beachfront private home! There are only a handful of vacation rental properties of this caliber on South Padre Island! Boasting over 5000 square feet, Bella Vita is a vacation property you will remember! Enjoy lounging and entertaining in the spacious 2nd floor living room, while you take in gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large beachfront windows. The pool area is everything you need for a perfect pool day. Guests will love catching sun, sipping on a cool drink, and enjoying the large pool and hot tub.
You and your guests can relax around the large flat-screen TV, or step outside on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd floor also encompasses the dining area and kitchen, as well as two guest bedrooms, each with a King size bed. Guests have a shared "jack & jill" bathroom between the two rooms. There is an Xbox at this property for guests enjoyment.

The 3rd floor entails a nice landing area that leads into a huge master bedroom which also overlooks the ocean from beach facing windows! Your 3rd floor Master Suite offers a comfortable King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The private Master bathroom features a large soaking bathtub (jets are NOT operable/NOT an amenity) and walk-in shower. The master bathroom also provides you with spacious double vanity area, perfect for getting ready for a day at the beach or a night out!

Back downstairs on the ground floor, you have your 4th bedroom, another Master suite. The ground floor master features a King size bed and an attached master bathroom. The bathroom provides you and your guests with a stand-in shower and a lovely soaking bathtub. On the ground floor you also have a 2nd living/entertainment area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette/wet-bar. The bonus space is just off the pool & patio area which is so convenient for when you are lounging out under the sun, or enjoying a poolside BBQ!

House was amazing! We loved walking on the beach. And we even saw a Space X launch! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we could possibly want was provided. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach walks and fishing and dolphins all great. Couple suggestions: more paper supplies, kitchen towels and washcloths needed, shower levers need work. They did not stay put when trying to use big shower heads. The terrible sewer smell in top floor bathroom. The grill outside was so filthy we could not use it, bummed about that. Could use a couple throw blankets for hanging out in the family room. But nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Thanks for a good time.

Girls trip to Padre Isalnd
We are friends from different parts of the US and we get together once a year to catch up. We were surprised when we got to this beautiful home on So Padre Island and were told there was no heater for the hot tub and pool! That plus an unpaid electricity bill left us without power for 5 hours our first morning - not pleasant. But once all these problems were resolved by a very responsive staff at SPI we had a nice stay.

Beautiful home; however, we were there in August and the temp in the home was set at 72 or above. Two bedrooms were uncomfortably hot at night. Property manager failed to notify us of a boil water during our stay. As a result we were washing baby bottles in contaminated water.

Great house for a big group! The view of the Gulf are outstanding and it's a very quick walk to the beach. Kitchen needs a bit more useful items for those that like to cook, but the kitchen is great! Comfy beds, great A/C, quiet neighborhood you can really relax in.

South Padre Island for Christmas
The house and location were perfect for my family: my husband and I and each of my children and family. We were a party of 9 (6 adults and three children). Each family had their own floor with very comfortable community spaces. The house was lovely and there was very little reason to use the car while we were there: the house is on the beach, in addition to the private pool, there was a heated community pool that worked well on cool days. There is also a lovely bird walk and wildlife sanctuary near by.
