Appreciated small kitchen area where you can cook your small meal. Fridge could have been colder,but no complain. will definitely come back

To be honest I got what I payed for. Given that I was there 3 nights in summer and for like almost $500 in total with taxes and stuff it did not meet that price. I was not expecting any 5 star hotel but I the amenities like in the room like the lights, plumbing and electrical were looking like they were about to fall apart. I used the toilet and the whole toilet would wobble, and bathroom space was fair given the price, but very unclean with rust and wall grime. The shower turning knob was moving off of the surface off the wall. The sink if you are trying to use it getting out of the shower is very unsafe if you were to just grab on it because it would shift off the foundation it was caulked on. The bedding was nicely made and all but still uncomfortable given it was a huge king size in a small room. The door to close the hotel room was hard to close, and our key stopped working on the second night out of the 3 nights which was scary. And the office in front where you would think to get the key was closed, even though ironically it says it was open, then we had to find out ourselves after seeing to go pickup the key if they closed somewhere else (btw we came on time.) eventually figuring out that the bar tender is the one that manages the keys too. Also back in the hotel room, the a/c unit sucks! It has no cold air blowing, as well as the fridge was leaking and half of the lights in the hotel room weren’t working either. Pros: great customer service, and immediat beach entry

ABSOLUTELY WORSE PLACE EVER! We booked our room after 3 but itinerary says check in from 3pm-11am so coming in from out of town we weren’t worried. When we show up Office is CLOSED and we gotta drive BACK 10 minutes from where we just came from to ANOTHER hotel to pick up keys! When we got to second hotel they had NO INFORMATION for my booking and management wasn’t answering personal phones! As per the establishment if YOU ALLOW late check ins then you need to specify a time or make sure you have ALL GUEST INFO PREPARED for this other hotel! And maybe think about CALLING GUEST to WARN them about the extra stop they need to make for YOUR convenience and GUEST INCONVENIENCE!

Window leaked got bed and me all wet management did not care . Water was all over the place . Office was closed and had to wait til it opened to let them know of issue. Bad bad bad do not waste your money here.
