This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!

Perfect anniversary get away

We loved everything about our stay. The view was amazing! We enjoyed walks on the beach. The party vibe during the fireworks provided an outlet to blow off some steam. The condo was clean and inviting. Karen was ready to help out if we needed anything.

This property was a perfect beach front condo with a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean and beach chairs for beach life! The condo had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The owner and onsite property people were kind and responsive.

Great location

It’s a great location. Sits on the beach. The condo faces the beach with a really nice, large balcony facing beach. We were able to sit and watch sunrise drinking our coffee. Condo is well equipped and clean. It is on 3rd floor with no elevator so need to be able to climb stairs but definitely worth every step. Host is easy to contact and reaches out to make sure all is well. Have booked again for next year. Older groups of people staying at property so very quiet. Nice pool, nice people to visit with and very pet friendly.

Wonderful Experience & Accommodations

This was our first use of VRBO and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was fantastic - beautifully appointed, attractive and complete in every regard. The location was ideal.-. a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and conveniently located on South Padre Island. Instructions for getting there, and checking in and out were timely and easy to understqnd. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We are definitely considering returning.

This beach-front condo is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We found it to be immaculately clean and very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and everything provided that guests might need for the stay. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is amazing with front-row views of the sunrise. It's a lovely place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine any time of day. With the beach just steps away, it's easy to spend as much time as you like on the sand or in the water. Communication with the host was outstanding. She answered questions promptly prior to our arrival and checked in with us via text shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything was in order. We highly recommend this beach-front condo for a vacation on South Padre Island.

Mesmerizing view of beach

Very nice upscale, modern and clean. Splendid views of sunrises and very relaxing sitting on 3rd floor balcony watching and listening to the surf. Condo inside is very quiet and have all the needed amenities. Just a few steps from the clean well patrolled beach where you can use provided chairs and cover or rent some for the day already setup. Small pet friendly with good rules. Stairs only which can be a little tiresome for seniors. Good wifi with Smart TVs. Some outdoor construction going on but was not intrusive. Breach maint shut down much of the beachfront but luckily only on the morning we left. Great mild weather and light crowds in late October. Loved the stay.

Every part of our stay was outstanding. Communication with our host Karen was smooth and easy. All her instructions before arriving were really helpful. The condo sits at the very rear of the complex. Easy access to the beach is an understatement. The stunning views from the balcony are second to none. The fact that the host provided chairs and an umbrella were extremely helpful. The property is equipped with everything one would need for a relaxing stay.

Beachfront condo

Well appointed condo that is on the 3rd floor allowing you to sit on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze and listen to the waves. The ocean is visible from most areas of the condo (not the bathroom). We bring our Keurig to have our instant hot coffee on demand. Love sitting on the balcony on Friday and Saturday evenings for the fireworks display off the pier. Communication with the owner is fantastic and she quickly responds to any concerns. We’ve stayed here multiple times and look forward to staying again.

Wonderful time looking out right on the beach. Apartment was very clean, great view. Comfortable king bed. Complex is well cared for, maintenance crews were present fixing and cleaning buildings, sidewalks, etc. We would stay here again.

Great Sunrises

The condo is just as nice as it looks in the photos. We loved sitting out on the deck, especially for watching the sunrises. Being right across the street from the SPI Birding and Nature Center, and Turtle, Inc. was a plus, too. Beach access is really close and easy and the water was beautiful.

Great Condo Right on the Beach!

Wife and I spent 3 nights here and loved it! Condo exactly as described and pictured. Amazing view of the ocean and only steps from the beach. Well stocked kitchen with all needed appliances. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower and a cold AC - what more do you need! Very clean unit with no moldy odors which are sometimes present in gulf coast beach rentals. Host was very communicative and checked in by text to make sure everything was good. Located on the north end of the main strip so easy walk across the street to the SPI Birding and Nature Center which we very much enjoyed. Blue lights at night in the kitchen cabinets were awesome. Worth noting, there is no elevator so be ready for the stairs with this third-floor unit. We'd have no hesitation booking this unit again in the future!
