Spend a fun-filled day at the famed Schlitterbahn Beach & Water Park, a short walk away. For more adventure, hire a private charter to go deep-sea fishing, or bring your own pole and head 1.5 miles south to the jetties.

Spend fun-filled days by the sparkling ocean or at two resort-style pools. Enjoy an indulgent treatment at the on-site spa. Gaze at stunning Gulf views from the sophisticated living area, equipped with comfortable seating and dramatic 10' ceilings. Kick back and watch a movie on the 55” TV. The chef in your group will love the well-equipped kitchen. Granite tilework lines the sparkling space, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and custom cabinetry.

Enjoy the coastal breeze on the private balcony, which features amazing views of the pool and Gulf. In the evening, dine alfresco at the table. Across the hall from the condo, another private balcony facing the bay has a bistro table and a gas grill.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

RULES for Spring Break and Holy Week: OCCUPANCY: The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID, and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Girls trip a success!

Sapphire Condo Dec 2022
The information for the Sapphire is very misleading and not up to date. The checkin process is a joke, it took over an hour to check in, we had multiple families with us using multiple agencies and the same missing form for everyone. The Sapphire no pet policy must only apply to visiting guests, as our unit was covered with dog hair. The onsite bar/restaurant and heated pool was closed due to remodeling and that alone would have change our decision. No availability at the spa, so if that’s your plan check before you book it!

There was no information sent over for my reservation upon check in. The front desk called VACASSA the host for my condo and he gave some excuse about an employee not being there . That's none of my concern and an unacceptable reason. My reservation was made 2 weeks prior and paid in full. I was not After a 6 hour drive I was not in any mood to fill out all information AGAIN. So in the future probaly won't stay in a condo hosted by this company. I prefer dealing directly with owners

We all had a great time. Our first visit to South Padre. Surprised at how nice people were in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed are visit. We will be coming back. Heads up buy toiletries they have enough to get you to about the third day.

Beautiful Condo & Spa
Overall we had a wonderful stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Some dishes had food residue, might be time for a new dishwasher. Beach towels were provided, no beach toys or chairs, so be sure and bring those. Bed linens were cheap and scratchy, expected more from a 5 star condo. Views were amazing. Washer worked, dryer had issues with filter, even when clean, would shut off and ask you to clean it. Not worth the time to try and do laundry. Air stopped working several times and we had to reset it. Decorated beautifully and complex has security measures in place. Game room and gym were nice as was the pool. With a few updates/ upgrades it would be perfection.

Great condo with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen is spacious and was fully stocked. Views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico were spectacular. Bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of space for a family of four. Will stay again here soon!

Beautiful Condo, Fun Stay!
We came to SPI to celebrate my daughters turning 21. It was myself, hubby, daughter/BF, son/GF and felt there was plenty of room for all 6 adults. Having 2 bathrooms was a real plus. The master had a separate shower (shower head was pretty low for my y’all hubby) and I loved the jetted tub! We drove in from ATX and the full kitchen made eating out a luxury, not a necessity. Walmart & H‑E‑B were only a 10 min drive but there is also a small IGA grocery on the island. One night we grilled steaks in the front balcony (it is electric and burns super hot, so be careful not to overcook your meat) There was one evening I got a text from the property manager that we were a bit loud. It wasn’t very late and we were just having a discussion but I guess someone felt we were loud. The game room/movie room/hot tub were all closed down so we were a bit disappointed. Loved the fully equipped gym! The pool area was picture perfect! Quick walk to the beach and there were umbrellas/chairs for rent. We brought cheap folding chairs from Walmart and set up in the water. The sand bars were so high you could have set up chairs way out if you wanted! One morning we did a fishing charter with Capt Mark Guillot and caught 20+ fish! Not bad for city folk 😉 The restaurant we docked at cooked up our catch and we chowed down! If you do this, I recommend only cooking 1/2 lb per person. We did a lb each and it was way too much. Overall the stay was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the same property again!

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend staying at the Sapphire. It seems to be the most high end accommodation in SPI (OK we didn't see everything, but from what we saw). They did a great job with COVID being polite but enforcing mask rules in the building. I was nervous about riding elevators before we came, but it wasn't too hard to avoid other parties and be the only ones in your car at a time (which is a rule, happily). This particular unit was great. Very spacious for 4 adults. Would definitely stay here again. They had some things that surprised us (like beach towels), but didn't have some other things I might have expected (like games/puzzles). No big deal, just FYI. The kitchen was well stocked, beyond what you would imagine for a VRBO. However, the pantry was bare. This could be a COVID thing, so beware; there isn't even salt and pepper! We bought some and left it behind, but again, due to COVID it could be thrown out so be sure to pack every single condiment and spice you might need for your stay. Next time I would bring my own pillows. They ones supplied weren't great, and I would have slept better if they were more high end. I know I am particularly picky about this. I would definitely stay here again. Really, loved it!
