Family vacation

Nice stay at the beach

We took a small group of employees and it was enough room to accommodate everyone. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and understandable. It was within walking distance to the beach and stores. The neighborhood was nice. I would stay there again.

Pool not properly cleaned

Hi Carly, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We received your review three weeks after your stay and followed up with the homeowner. They wanted to share the following:
- We understand that amenities play a large role when guests book a property. Our maintenance team ensures all amenities are working before every guest's arrival including the pool, which is serviced twice a week, including being serviced during the week of your stay.
- We’re sorry to hear you encountered some issues with the pool. We wish you had reached out during your stay. We would have immediately sent our pool maintenance team out to ensure you could enjoy the amenity for the rest of your stay.
- While we do regret our pool was not up to your expectations, we can confirm that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
- Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.

Cleanliness on beds
Publié le 8 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse keeping needs to make sure need sheets are cleaning. We had one bed with sheets that looked like there was poop on it which was disgusting. Had another bed with stains on the sheets. Overall everything was good.

We always put fresh and clean linens on the beds before each new guest checks into the home. Had there been an issue, our Guest Contact would have been happy to assist with this issue when she brought you a propane tank to the home, but you didn't mention anything to her. Perfect for Us
