I had to wait till 6:00 pm to get a room. Staff was not very helpfull when asked to help us find the room. We were completely lost on how to find our room and the directions given to us with a map was not helpful at all. The outside rooms need a lot of cleaning attention. And the beds were not queen size bed like it said on my booking, which me and my husband struggled to sleep comfortably. I was very disappointed by this resort.

Great hotel, great restaurant, perfect for families. Great food at their restaurant. Had an amazing time with the kids! Will definitely return!

I liked that this resort has multiple bar options, and its own nightclub.

First and foremost, my reservation stated beachfront, which didn't happen. Second, my first room a/c was in-op. Followed by my second room wouldn't be locked from the inside, until repairs were made
Beach distance was great. Restaurant was good. Pool was exceptional

Clean, lots of dinning options in the area. Nice pool area leading directly to the beach, great night life...all in all a good stay...
