A relaxing vacation
Publié le 6 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe apartment is on the 9th floor of a ten story building with direct access to the beach. The view is breathtaking and soothing. The pool is cleaned daily although expect at the end of the day to find some sand everywhere as people come and go. The pool is nicest in the morning when it’s quiet and super sunny. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach or log your own. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards and police regularly so you feel safe. Communication with Matt was easy. He was accommodating and responsive. The he condo has everything you can need for 4 people. One bedroom plus two sofa beds. The bedroom is quiet and dark. The living room is super sunny in the morning so bring a sleeping mask if you’re sensitive to that. Laundry room is on the first floor and you can pay by credit card. The parking lot is gated and safe. The on-site staff is kind and proactive. About SPI, the island is easy to get around and there are several stores easily accessible. There is a free shuttle bus that’s very convenient although not well marked (download the app). All in all this was the perfect vacation. Thank you Matt and Adrienne!

Great Gulf View
Publié le 11 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our time in South Padre Island! The view from the balcony earns the 5-stars! It was also an easy check in. Really enjoyed the hot tub, too! Really easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the mornings, cocktails in the evening. Island was laid back, was nice to not have heavy traffic like some beach destinations. Yes, we hope to be back.

Our only drawback is the bathroom is a bit small, but other than that everything was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. This condo has a unique attention to detail in ensuring your comfort and accessibility. Night lights, several hooks for drying clothes, ample space for storage, several amenities, working AC, and option for a white noise machine. It was exactly what I needed to relax!
The host was so incredibly easy to get a hold of, was very communicative, helpful, and so nice! She ensured the entire trip was seamless and enjoyable. I will certainly book this gem on the beach again!

The condo itself is in great condition and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable.
We will definitely be back next summer!
