Great family weekend getaway.

Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo is in good condition and the location is prime. Building has 24 hour security as well. Only issue was we received one key-I emailed our contact for another and he told me he would get one but we never heard back. The desk person to sign up for a tent, which is an amazing pro to the place, was late, she was late last year too and often not available. One morning of our stay it was rainy and they weren’t sure if they would be putting tents up, my sister asked if she could call her if they decide too, she said they don’t take wait lists. May not be a bad idea to do that when they aren’t sure which way the weather is going to go. In all fairness, I don’t think my sister was very patient with the desk lady, maybe if she had been nicer she would have been more willing to help. We will definitely come back-overall really like the place.

Spring break
Publié le 11 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst off the place was beautiful, close to the pool and the beach and had plenty of space for all my kids. The fridge smelled horrible like fish all week which made anything that wasn't sealed smell nasty. (Like all of fruits and veggies).
I understand that insects can sneak in but cockroaches live in the beautiful wood coffee table. A giant one snuck out, sat on my daughters hamburger & just when i thought I snatched it up we saw it hiding on her plate & then ran back to its home!!! IN the COFFEE table wood holes. YUCK. I bet a whole a family of them are living in there. The beds were a little hard and any time you move the bed frame would make lots of noise.

Kate, thank you for your detailed feed back. Please note that we do condo inspections before and after every reservation to make sure that the unit is given to our guests neat and tidy. We also have our maintenance and hostess onsite ready to assist. A directory is available in the unit for assistance wether is maintence, housekeeping or security. All are just one call away. Beautiful condo
Publié le 2 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayPerfect condo, great location, clean, my only suggestion would be they have furniture on the decks but no cushions. So we were using beach towels, and it would be nice to have more towels. We had one hand towel per person, more hangers, overall it was perfect, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Property
Publié le 12 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayOur main complaint was that the TVs were Not functional. We were not ‘compromised’ since our adult grandson, majoring in computer science in college, was with us. However, R&R time without TV was not terrible. The moment we arrived, the master bedroom bathroom had substantial water on the floor; toilet had overflowed before we arrived. The responsive management quickly remedied the problem.
Great AC; comfortable beds & Cleanliness were appreciated.

Awesome family time, great space and awesome location
Publié le 12 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayOur family of 9 (incl one baby) was so comfortable - plenty of space for each family to have their private bedroom en-suite and veg large gathering space in dining and living area. The numerous balconies were fantastic to have for more space for people to enjoy togetherness and alone time. Kitchen worked really well - only feedback would be to have more cooking ware (pans for baking like bacon, fries and tater tots) and larger skillets). So thankful for the washer and dryer and the washing detergent (thanks so much)! Bryan our contact was very quick to respond. The grounds are awesome! We literally stayed there the whole weekend between the private beach with tons of places to have fun, the awesome large pool area, the outdoor dinning, playground and hair being able to take a walk. The grounds staff were very nice especially at checkin / checkout. We will very much be back!!!!
