Wonderful stay!
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time on South Padre. Caught the Space X launch on our first day and had a great time on the beach every day of our trip. Great location, beautiful condo. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Pleasant stay
Publié le 11 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWalked in and the place was very clean. It had everything we need to cook with. King size bed was comfortable. Has 2 beach chairs that we can use. Pool was chilly but nice too hang out in. I’d stay here again.

Bad start. Enjoyed everything else
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI want to start off by saying I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean. Quiet. Beautiful property. Two issues. 1. Do not count on the couch pull out bed. Bring an air mattress for anyone over 100 pounds. 2 the check in process was horrible. The codes did not work. We had to wait an unknown amount of time for someone to physically get to the property. Thankfully only waited a little over an hour. No communication at all from the owner of the property. Thank you customer service and to the local team that got here and solved my issue. The rest of the stay was amazing.

Mini vacation
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayArrived on sunday August 11th, got work out walking up steps (haha), and enjoyed evening walk on the beach. Monday was very nice and then it was over Tuesday morning. Would have liked to stay longer. Very nice and clean and close to beach, access #21 is less than block away.

Needs a few improvements but very clean and modern
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was not a 6 person condo. Take an air mattress and blankets. The sofa bed is a NO. The pool needs a net to clean. The kitchen needs potholders and more dish towels. The soap, dish liquid, and shampoos were great addition. Very clean. Great access to beach.

Don’t rent this property through Vacasa
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen asked from Vacasa about the conditions upon arrival. I responded it was not acceptable. Cigarette butts and chicken bones on stairs leading to doorway. batteries not working for tv remotes. They were so sorry but never did anything to correct. The sleeper sofa needs to be deleted from this unit. It is not an option. Springs poking through mattress and detached from frame. Only given a bottom sheet and top sheet. When asked for a blanket, was told they don’t supply blankets. Ceiling fan chains are not long enough where you can adjust the speed. Broken chairs on balcony. Can’t even sit without falling to the ground.
One of the reasons I chose this property was for the pool. Water was so warm it was like a bathtub. Do not let that sway your decision.
So very disappointed with the service and condition of the unit.
