The morning view from our home will keep you coming back year after year. If you'd love to travel to South Padre Island during the cooler months, you'll be happy to know this the pool can be heated. The pool heating fee is $100 for the first 3 days, then $25 per additional day. Our beachfront pool will be warm and comfortable no matter what the outside temperature! Get ready for the best vacation ever!

This vacation home is a 2-story walk-up with no elevator access. The ground floor of this beachfront vacation home includes two-bedroom suites, with the primary bedroom leading straight to the patio and pool. The second floor has an additional primary bedroom suite, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 am to 3 pm.
-Laundry detergent is available upon request at the off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-Small, not shedding, house-trained dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at this rental. There is a pet fee of $25 per day per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Sleeper sofa linens are available upon request.
-Optional pool heating costs $25 daily, and 24-hour notice is required.

Attentive property management
Coastal property requires constant care and property management was on top of all of it. 1 call with concerns and immediate response was greatly appreciated. Minor repairs for an overall great experience!

Wonderful Family trip!
Surpassed my expectations! The view was beautiful, pool was nice, very clean,roomy. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The decor in this house is rather dated, but open the curtains and you don’t even notice! Would go back in a heartbeat. Pool was small but refreshing. The only complaint I had was garage door opener was not given to us and had to wait 3 hours and go get it ourselves. But that was rental company’s fault.

Slice of Paradise
This property is fabulous. It is clean and had everything you would ever want in a beachfront home on the Gulf of Mexico, including a pool, wonderfully stocked kitchen with many seating options, spacious living spaces with ample and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, convenient parking for your cars, and a spectacular view of the ocean. In addition to being right on a quiet section of the beautifully maintained dog friendly public South Padre beach, it is within beach walking distance of many beachfront restaurants. The rental company was very accommodating and accessible and its employees were very friendly and met all our needs. The three adults and two family pooches in our party could not have had a better experience. We also can’t say enough nice things about the very friendly people of South Padre Island. We hope to stay at this fantastic “slice of paradise” again in the future. We highly recommend it.

Oceanfront bliss
The house was amazing and fully equipped! There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor each with their own private bathroom. The pool, although small, is private and leads out to the path to the beach. The shore is a super short distance from the house. The upstairs has an open living/kitchen area, balcony that looks out the ocean and the master upstairs. The kitchen is spacious it is fully stocked. The balcony was the setting of many a sunrise watch. Walks on the beach were so convenient and fun! Our whole family enjoyed themselves so much. The only thing i would say (and this is just me nit-picking because EVERYTHING really was PERFECT) but i would say maybe put some boogie boards and sand toys in the garage. Thats it. The house was beautiful. We have not one single complaint. I cant wait to go back!

Great Location
My family of 5 had a great time in SPI! The location of the house can’t be beat. The ocean is steps away out of the back door, and it’s pretty close to all the restaurants and excursions! My only wish was that beach towels were provided. Certainly not a deal breaker, and we would love to stay at the house again in the future!

The house is lovely and very comfortable. We were STEPS from the beach. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to fix fresh seafood from the local market. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings with fabulous beach views was so nice! And the private drive and garage for our car was a bonus!

Checkin was easy. The house is directly on the beach and has a beautiful view. There was a very musty, mold-like odor inside the house, especially downstairs. The management company did nothing to help with the smell. A few candles and a bottle of Febreze later, everything was better. We enjoyed our stay. Checkout was easy.

This rental could not be more fabulous. We only have one criticism and that is that I’ll stay would’ve been more convenient if more simple supplies were provided. This would include spices Beach towels pedestal kitchen and better quality towels. I believe that for a rental of this price and caliber It’s a little incidentals should be higher quality

Great time
Our family of 10 had a great time! There was plenty of space for us all. The house is flipped so kitchen and master bedroom is upstairs. One of the downstairs rooms is the main exit to the pool/beach. It didn’t bother our family walking through the room to get outside though. We just vacuumed every night to keep the sand to a minimum in that room. They provided tons of beach toys, boogy boards and there’s plenty of cooking utensils!

FABULOUS WEEK
From the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the views, more than enough cookware/etc in the kitchen to prepare meals, loved the table outside on the balcony and porch, we used the pool daily and it was perfect! The check in process was professional and fast. We had never been to SPI and the home we rented helped give us an exceptionally positive experience of the island. I would definitely love to rent the same place next year.

On beach with a pool.
We enjoyed our stay! We have two small kids (8 and 4) House was clean and well stocked. There are pool toys, boogie boards, a gas grill, lots of kitchen supplies, and plenty of towel for this family of 4. Just bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas. You can beat having the beach right out the back door and the pool. It’s an upside down house so, master, kitchen and living upstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs, garage access, and laundry down stairs. You access the pool out one of the downstairs bedrooms. Small gripes: the sliding doors out to the pool don’t lock. We remedied this by closing the hurricane shutters when we weren’t home. Chairs by the pool don’t comfortably fit underneath the table so it’s hard to eat at the table. The house supposedly houses 10, but if you have 10 people there would not be enough seating. Dining table sits 6 and outdoor tables are seat 4 (one is on balcony other by pool). There are two stools at the bar. Overall would come back with my family of 4.

Perfect Stay
Perfect Stay for us. Photos are accurate, but do not give the property justice. View is amazing. Great location directly on the beach. Both Wanna Wanna and Clayton’s are within walking distance. We really loved Wanna Wanna. Check in process is super simple. The house had everything we needed and more. We rented a truck and appreciated having a garage. We liked that each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate 10. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

True to photos, closer to ocean than I thought
We left today, and we had a really wonderful experience. Check in was easy. We arrived and the upstairs TV was on, which was odd. But we walked out to the beach and holy crow, it is closer than it appears in the photos! It’s right there. About twenty feet. The house was right in line with the photos provided. The kitchen had utensils, plates, cooking gear, etc. The indoor furniture was pretty nice. The outdoor furniture (mainly the cushions on the upper balcony) need to be replaced. The pool had sand in it, and on our last full day there, the pool cleaners came and it looked great after that. We were concerned about how packed the beach would be during the pandemic. We felt comfortable and we’re able to always find a large space near the beach house, if not directly off of it. Some Afternoons got a bit more crowded, but overall people are good about keeping space. The house was a excellent find. Don’t think we could have found better. We plan to return!
