Birthday getaway to the beach!
Publié le 20 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayI really enjoyed staying at the 885 villa, it’s very clean and the AC was very cold and quiet which I liked. The patios were also awesome and the 2nd story very from within the unit was a great view or the pool and tower. The security guards were very professional and make all the guest feel safe. Looking forward to the next trip to SPI! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a contrast to their daily workday. The wifi works great also for any urgent emails that need to go out. Overall great experience! 5/5 stars!!!

Overall Very Nice
Publié le 7 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was beautiful and had a great bedroom/bathroom setup for our family. The furnishings were cute and beach-themed. Check-in was quick and easy, but the necessary paperwork should all be handled at once instead of sending urgent text messages implying I was being uncooperative while I was busy unloading, unpacking, and getting set up in the condo. Great condo.

Cleanliness and Services mentioned in listing
Publié le 6 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWhile the location itself in proximity to the ocean and events on South Padre was amazing, cleanliness and usability of some items mentioned in the posting left much to be desired. The bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our stay with there being brown stains in multiple restrooms left on toilet seats. The sinks in 2 of the 3 bathrooms did not work appropriately (just sprayed water and did not drain accordingly) and there was black mold present in the washing machine in our unit. I attempted to reach out about the issue but had no correspondence back. In addition there was construction that occurred one of the 4 days that we were there in which a ladder blocked entrance to our unit for an entire day and the only time that property management stopped by was to drop off additional sets of keys and to pick up a gucci bag the previous renter left on site. The Televisions were also outdated and would constantly freeze and not work. For the price associated with renting this unit… it may be in your best interest to utilize a high end hotel instead.

Winter break fun

The condo was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure. The pools and hot tubs were nice as well. We would rent this place again.
