Step out to the balcony and be greeted by breathtaking ocean views or fireworks during the summer. This open concept living area features an over size couch, flat-screen smart TV, and wet bar with a 2 zone wine cooler Enjoy family dinner at the large dining table.

Fall in love with the panoramic views of the Island, or relax to the calming sound of waves.

When the kids get tired, take them into the bedroom and tuck them into one of the queen beds or the twin-over-twin bunk bed. Parents can retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's, dart board game, game room, shuffleboard table, heated pool, hot tub, charcoal grill; beach chairs, wagon, pack ‘n play, and much more. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. *We strongly encourage you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Excellent stay and facilities
This house is extremely nice and was oh, so clean when we arrived. Everything was as described. Kitchen perfectly stocked with necessities to cook meals. Some of the beds and mattresses need a little TLC (master bed supports needed some tightening) and the bunks were not as comfy for adult guests, but we managed. Would finely stay here again

Perfect place for large group.
We all had a wonderful time. “Salty Times” was a great house for our family and met all of our needs. Everyone loved it. The only hiccup was a little difficulty getting the lock box open for the key. Resolved fairly quickly, so really no big deal.

This house is exactly as represented online. Great space for for families or groups. Large rooms, plenty of bathrooms. So close to the beach access. We had fun in the game room. The Living room sectional is big enough for everyone and so comfy. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The Kitchen has every dish, glass or utensil you could ever need.

The house is exceptional. Very short walk to the beach. View of the beach from upper decks. Plenty of room to spread out. We had ten people. The downstairs game room is an added bonus. We had a talent show! Decking is brand new and the ability to close off the stairs allowed the children to take laps safely. Take your soap and shampoo.

Property was located in perfect area right next to the beach and the stay could not have been better. We had several baby's and several people and we all agreed this was the best House we have rented in South Padre! Will definitely be using them again!

Perfect Home for Families
This home was better than expected. We had 4 families and one with middle aged kids. This three story home allowed for the 2nd story to be used without waking up others sleeping on the 3rd and 1st level. The place was really clean and the home has new outside decking and the home has been well cared for. We had trouble with the AC for the first 3 days.. it was not cooling well. But the management company was excellent. They ended up replacing the one of the AC's while we were there one day. Problems sometimes will happend but you judge a place by how the owner/management company handles the problem..Way to go Amber. A note.. there is a great great game room where we all played different games of our own thoughout the week. There is one bedroom and private bath next to the game room. It could be used for kids but adults too. Just make sure who ever gets this room that they understand its next to a game room. So I would suggest giving this room to someone who stay up late. It worked well for us but just a thought I had. The house has so many applicances like crock pot, blender, coffee grinder and more. Well equipped. We would stay here again!!! Our sons and their wives rated our trip a 10 and the place we stayed a 10. Lastly, the pool and hottub were great...very clean. The owners really have set up the home so you don't have to do alot of clean up when you checkout. Thank you for keeping a great home! - The Brocks

Property was able to house our family comfortably. Even though 3rd floor never really “cooled” we were able to use in house fans to help alleviate the situation. I was a bit put out by the fact that a pool person “stranger” (to us) entered the property in the morning and startled us, in addition to lawn maintenance people on property while we were trying to gather our things blowing grass in parts we were occupying

Beautiful Home That is Well Loved by The Owners
We were in such awe of the Salty Times house our entire stay. The attention to detail of the interior, you can tell the owners take great pride in their home. Everything was nicely done and an abundance of amenities. We loved the travel crib, the 2 sets of washer and dryers, the 3 refrigerators, the beautiful game room, the nice new wrap around deck, the pool and the outdoor shower. Nothing was lacking and it was nice we really did not need to bring much with us because many things were provided. We look forward to coming back again and making more family memories. Make sure to bring shampoo/soap and expect a lot of going up and down stairs.

You will love this house
Everything about this home was wonderful. The views were perfect, the location was perfect and the house was perfect. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, 2 sets of washers/dryers, 3 full sized refrigerators/freezers, and a separate ICE machine. It is a 3 story home and I had lots of exercise going up and down steps every day which had an added bonus of allowing us to eat a plentiful amount of food and lose weight at the same time. 😆 Master bed was extremely comfortable. Other beds are comfy if you prefer softer beds. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit South Padre.

Great location and property
We had a great experience. The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. It also included nice beach towels, extra linens, fans, air mattress, beach toys, chairs for the beach, wagon, cooler and more. The location was perfect. Steps away from the beach and a close to walk to several restaurants on the water, and souvenir shops. Also had a great view of the sunrise on the top floor balcony. The hosts were amazing to work with and responded immediately to our questions.

Loved our stay at Salty Times!
The house was just as beautiful as the pictures depicted. The weather during our stay wasn't very warm, but the heated pool and hot tub were a great way to enjoy the outdoors with our children and grandchildren. Salty Times location is so convenient for walking to multiple restaurants, stores and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the management staff to be very responsive and timely in replying to our questions. We would highly recommend this property to other families!

This was a great place to stay with everything one needs for a trip. The walk to the beach was short and no traffic. The rooms were nice, the place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The property manager was very responsive as well. I have already recommended this location to a few others.
