You’ll be just a few minutes walk to the beach, and the resort has plenty of family fun, like two oversized pools with hot tubs, a large beachfront sun deck, tennis, pickleball, a playground, walking trails, and lush garden grounds. Get ready for the South Padre Island vacation experience you’re seeking.
The Space:
Enjoy an exclusive beachfront getaway from our ultra-chic and luminous condo with an ocean view! You’ll have a lot of space inside to enjoy one another’s company, and it’s an ideal stay for a fun vacation with resort amenities! You’ll be on the fifth floor of Solare Tower with everything you’d need for a relaxing and rejuvenating time!
If you don't feel like being out in the heat one day, stay in the condo and relax! Come together on the plush leather sofas and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, catch a good movie or the big game or simply relax watching your favorite cable programming. The living area is modern, spacious and perfect for entertaining or enjoying family-bonding time.
If you want a little sun and fresh air, open the wall-to-wall glass doors for an indoor/outdoor flow or step out onto the big private balcony! It has a great view of the pool and you can also see the ocean and feel the breeze to unwind with a cold drink. It’s the perfect spot, especially at sundown!
We all know how close to the heart cooking can be, so the kitchen is modern and beautiful with granite counters and equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is also equipped with pots, pans and dishware. And don’t worry about doing dishes, you’ll have a dishwasher for easy clean ups so you can continue enjoying your vacation time!
When it’s time to rest, you’ll find three bedrooms, all with their own TVs and private bathrooms! Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both master suites featuring two queen beds in each, a full ensuite bathroom with a stand-in shower, and balcony access. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (perfect for the little tikes!)
The condo also has a private washer and dryer so your clothes are always fresh! You’ll have WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.
The beach and ocean are only seconds away. Take long walks down the street and try the beach bars, go solace in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Solare Towers inside Bahia Mar has so much to offer for everyone in your group.

South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:

- The property is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
