Let yourself be spoiled at the private sea side resort of Martinica at Koropi Pelion. Martinica seaside resort offers you relaxation and privacy at the 3000sqm of land. It is a complex of six elegant identical apartments around 30sqm each and they can accommodate from 3 to 4 guests. They can be books also as group holidays (families travelling together, large group of friends).We have 5 identical apartments for rent.Each apartment offers a big bedroom with either 1 single bed and one double, a bathroom, private bathroom (shower) and a kitchen with all the facilities (espresso maker, toaster, boiler, utensils, microwave, fridge and refrigerator) There is air condition, 32inch TV,free Wifi, and mosquito nest for the windowsThe room is designed elegantly with earthy colors and has a romantic style. The apartment is around 30sqm and can accommodate from 3 to 4 guests. There are 2 private balconies, the one overlooking the Pelion Mountain and the other offering sea views. Baby equipment (cots, high chairs, trainer steps, potties, changing mat, bottle warmers, bottle sterilizer, kettle(water boiler),baby bathtubs, bouncy chairs, push chair)and bicycles can be provided with an additional fee. Visitors have the privacy of 3000sqm of land. Outdoor facilities include: parking space, sun beds, umbrellas, barbeque and outdoor oven. Secure access is via key for each apartment.
Koropi is one of the over 70 villages of the Pelion mountain all varying in size and character. It is a beautiful quiet costal resort with 2 beach bars, 4 tavern’s and 2 supermarkets. The busy villages of Kala Nera and Afissos are only 5 minute drive. Pelion is the ‘secret treasure of the Greeks’, the country’s hidden corner as mention by the Daily mail. Mama Mia movie was shot here. But, Pelion area has fantastic landscapes and offers beautiful views. Swimming and water sports activities along with skiing and horseback riding! All depends on the season that you are visiting. In general, Pelion is the best place to visit if you have limited time and you want to know all about Greece at once.
You can catch flights all over the world to Athens International Airport or to Thessaloniki’s airport and also Nea Agxialos airport which is the closest to Volos. Volos is only 22 klm from Koropi. You can reach our property either with the bus (from the city of Volos) or with a car. We recommend that you have a car so you can enjoy your holidays and to be able to explore the Pelion mountain. Also we can arrange a taxi to collect you from the airports (Athens, Thessaloniki or Volos).

SĂ©jour idyllique au calme face Ă  la mer

Accueil chaleureux par Maria et Vaso sa maman qui vit sur place. Pleins de bons conseils sur les plages et restaurants alentours. DĂ©licieux biscuits et vin rosĂ© Ă  l’arrivĂ©e! Citrons et abricots du jardin Ă  disposition. Appartement trĂšs propre et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour faire le petit dĂ©jeuner ou un repas le soir. Vue sur la mer et les montagnes depuis notre terrasse. Tout Ă©tait parfait !

TrÚs agréable séjour de 2 semaines en août 2018 dans cette trÚs jolie résidence

Endroit bien calme avec accÚs direct à la mer (on peut emprunter les fauteuils et les transats du jardin et les mettre sur la petite plage). Appartement joli et confortable. Il y a environ 3-4 heures de route depuis l'aéroport d'AthÚnes via une autoroute qui longe réguliÚrement la mer, donc le trajet passe vite. Cela vaut la peine pour arriver dans cette partie de la GrÚce. De nombreuses plages aux alentours et visites de villages dans la petite montagne du Pélion qui sont restés traditionnels. Dans le village, prÚs de l'église, je recommande la taverne qui sert des plats traditionnels et autres pour un prix trÚs raisonnable et le cadre sous les arbres est sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et les conseils de Maria et de sa maman. Merci pour les délicieuses tomates et les concombres du jardin offerts par les propriétaires. C'est un endroit que je recommande

Great place to relax and enjoy

Not luxurious, but very comfortable with spacious grounds and a nice swimming beach. Many more tourist oriented small coastal villages nearby with lots of dining opportunities and shops. The hostess was very nice and helpful in getting us checked in and finding things in the area. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it for simple comfort and value.

A very relaxing few days in a lovely studio.

Despite poor weather we enjoyed our stay at Martinica Beach Resort. We managed one sunny day on the beach at the end of the garden. Fantastic views and we were the only people there. Koropi is an ideal place to stay as you can travel in any direction. Thanks to Maria for the advice on where to visit. Next time we'll explore further afield. The studios are easy to find with plenty of parking space. Hopefully our next visit will be warm and sunny so that we can make use of the BBQ. As we were at the end of the season there weren't many of the local bars or restaurants open, but I was quite happy cooking a few evening meals on the very efficient hotplate. There were plenty of utensils etc. All in all a very good stay and we enjoyed discovering a new area to us.

Sehr GrĂŒn, durch alten Baumbestand angenehm Schattenspendende Lage direkt am Meer - vollkommen ausreichend große Appartments die voll Ausgestattet mit allen allen möglichen KĂŒchenuntensileien sind. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie z-Bsp. die Pilion Schmalspurbahn und doch einige Tavernen in unmittelbarer NĂ€he Auf alle FĂ€lle sehr Empfehlenswert

Schöne, gemĂŒtliche Ferienanlage mit riesigem Garten und privatem Meerzugang

Wir, zwei Frauen mit 35 und 66 und ein Mann mit 35, waren 6 Tage in unserer kleinen und gemĂŒtlichen Ferienwohnung und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Anlage eignet sich hervorragend zum entspannen, allerdings kann es sein, dass es mal etwas lauter wird, wenn Familien mit kleinen Kindern da sind. Die 5 Wohnungen sind direkt nebeneinander und dadurch hört man die Nachbarn natĂŒrlich auch mal. Andersrum gilt dies natĂŒrlich auch, wenn man lĂ€rmempfindliche Kinder hat, die absolute Ruhe zum Einschlafen brauchen. Da der Garten aber groß genug ist, kann man sich auch immer ein ruhiges Fleckchen suchen. Das Meer ist angenehm warm und sauber und eignet sich perfekt zum Schwimmen, besonders auch mit Kleinkindern. Am Strand entlang gibt es auch zwei Strandbars. Maria war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und uns auch tolle Ausflugstipps etc. gegeben hat. Wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Schöne Anlage, perfekt zum Entspannen

Maria und Ihre Mutter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, eine ĂŒberaus herzliche und gastfreundliche Familie, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat. Die Studios sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, die KĂŒche eignet sich wunderbar, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Meer ist wunderbar, das Wasser glasklar und die BĂ€ume spenden wunderbar Schatten.

Griechenland at it‘s best!

In dieser wunderschönen kleinen Anlage direkt am Meer wurden wir von Maria und ihrer Mutter herzlichst empfangen und wĂ€hrend unseres ganzen Aufenthalts liebevoll betreut - obwohl wir außerhalb der Saison kamen und deswegen sogar zusĂ€tzlich Heizungen organisiert werden mussten. Maria versorgte uns nicht nur mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, sondern auch mit jeder Menge Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nĂ€chste Reise hierher in diesen beschaulichen kleinen Ort am wunderbaren Pilion!

Durchdachte Anlage, gepflegt, sauber, direkt am Meer - was will ich mehr...

Die Zimmer sind neu und gut angelegt; die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter ist sehr hilfsbereit; einzig der Lattenrost der Betten besteht nur aus hineingelegten Brettern, und das ist einfach zu hart fĂŒr einen angenehmen Schlaf! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he; auch ein nettes Restaurant und eine Strandbar.

Sehr saubere und neuwertige Ferienwohnung mit direktem Meerzugang

Wir waren im August 2017 in der Ferienanlage. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber, neuwertig und es gab sogar zur Wochenmitte eine Zwischenreinigung mit WĂ€schewechsel. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen sauberen und gepflegten Garten mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls in der Anlage und man kann jederzeit auf Ihre Tipps und Hilfe zurĂŒckgreifen. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch zwei Lokale in denen man gut und gĂŒnstig essen kann. Das Dorf ist noch nicht von Touristen ĂŒberlaufen und deshalb kann man hier einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen !!

Wonderful Resort!

I spent my honeymoon in Greece and there is no other place I would have stayed other than Martinica Seaside Resort! When I arrived there were flowers and wine for the occasion! There are so many things I can say that are great about this resort! Firstly, the family that runs the resort are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Not only were they friendly, they also gave my wife an I dining and excursion recommendations. Second, the location is prime, the resort is literally on the beach, a small walk through a gorgeous garden will take you directly to the water, to a more private style beach away from the crowds. Third, the rooms are perfect for a beach stay, they look freshly remodeled and well decorated, everything you need is included. Days where we did not want to go out into the towns, we were happy to stay at the resort for the day. The environment is really that nice! Also, I have to give a shoutout to my angel, she took care of me when I got a sea urchin in my foot! I have made a full recovery. I recommend this place 10/10 if you want to have a relaxing stay in Greece!
