Mediocre experience at best

The room was clean and comfortable but a bit damp and musty. At breakfast the attendant brought our biscuits piled up with the serving tongs buried underneath so once I realized I would have to dump all the piled up biscuits over I just picked up the top biscuit with my fingers. The attendant literally screamed at me and said now she is going to have to throw the whole thing of biscuits away. She went to the back for approx 5 minutes and came back with what I am sure was the same biscuits. She seemed miserable and probably should not be serving people.

Needed a little better cleaning in our room

Shower and area under bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned well in our room as well as the elevator floors.

Assistance issues

The stay was ok except for we needed to use the in room vault that we could not use. When we arrived, the vault was locked. The manager was supposed to come and reset it. It took so long we left. By the time we returned to our room, the vault was opened, but it was opened and put in the locked position so we still couldn’t use the vault. And it took so long to get assistance. The first time we didn’t dare ask again.
