The place looks like its just hanging in there. The parking lot was cross between gravel and old asphalt. No pool, it was empty. The front lobby looked good and the room felt clean.

Think twice before reserving.

Quite a challenge trying to figure out lobby entrance. Walked perimeter of building to find it, as all doors are locked (well its secured). Leave it to one bad egg to ruin it for all, upon checking in was informed room deposit of $100 for damages. Checked into room, reserved for 2 occupants, only received one set of bath linens. Really outdated and very noticeable wear and tear on establishment. Got 4 hours of sleep, lots of noise outside. Was already up at 450 am due to uncomfortable bed and outside noise. Left at 0500 am to get back on road, sadly continental breakfast starts at 0700 and lobby locked so slid door key card under door with note requesting email receipt due to business trip.

AWFUL

Requested King on 1st floor. Got Double on 2nd floor. There was NO elevator as stated on Website. The refrigerator didn't work. NO breakfast as stated on Website.

Hi Dale,I apologize that your overnight stay was not satisfactory. However, it doesn't seem fair to raise these complaints. When you checked in, we clearly informed you about the hotel's conditions. We couldn't offer the king-size room due to a water heater malfunction, breakfast wasn't available, and you agreed to check in for the full-size bed room with a 10 discount. Additionally, we immediately replaced the faulty refrigerator upon your feedback. We understand that this may have inconvenienced you, but equipment malfunctions can occur unexpectedly and may be beyond the hotel's control. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will strive to provide a better experience during your next visit. Thank you.
