We regret that you feel unhappy about trying to book a stay here at bamboo - belize with your son it was brought to my attention that the booking was canceled on the same day you requested a room on January 13th your request was received @ 1:21pm Your reservations were canceled @ 10:42pm January 13 the same day . The explanation was as follows : “ Hello Andrew Thank you for choosing Bamboo-Belize . We regret to inform you that due to restrictions imposed by the BTB due to Covid we are unable to hosts guests at this time . Thank you for your consideration “ We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention we are working to improve our response time at this extremely remote location 14 miles offshore of the coast of Belize
