The hotel staff was great and there was someone at desk all night and a key card to enter from any door. It was very family friendly. There were 2 pools, whirlpool and sauna. The morning breakfast buffet was convenient and saved money on one meal a day. There was a small play scape & and an old school steep metal slide our son enjoyed. There were reasonably priced kids snacks by the front desk. The Cape Cod creamery is right next door so you can walk over for delicious ice cream. The hotel is older but has been updated, beds are comfy and tv nice. There was a mini fridge in room (no microwave but there was one downstairs in cafe that could be used). The room was very clean.

Property definitely needs some improvements. Pool could use more water. Pool area could use towels. The hot tub could use heat. The bed frames were noisy. Tub was cracked. Light switches were broken. Not enough movie stations. BUT….Very convenient. Quiet. Affordable. Staff very friendly. Check in was fine. Check out perfect.

I love the indoor pool and the outdoor pool area,
and landscaping around de hotel. I suggest cleaning the microwave in the cafeteria area, we had take out, and it was dirty every night there. They should provide coffee in bigger shuttle for breakfast, the keriug coffee machine in the lobby takes too long, it was not efficient when there were a lot of people in line, and then the machine broke eventually. Big coffee urns would solve the issue.
Outdoor pool needs umbrellas on the side of the pool. there are 2 umbrellas in the indoor pool, that is no needed there.

Very nice hotel, and front desks secretary are so very friendly .
Just one think I don’t like if we don’t check out exactly at 11:00 pm,they call to get out,usually the another hotels we stay if we get late ,they don’t do that.

Great stay, but small rooms!
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was small, but the renovations were great! The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. A/C worked great and we loved the patio option for some fresh air. The 2 pools were awesome and my daughter really enjoyed the playscape. Parking was plentiful and close to your room. I liked the added security of using your key to open all property doors. Breakfast and coffee could have been better, but it was okay. I liked how there was a Keurig in the lobby to use all day with hotel-provided coffee or your own. There were also some great snacks and drinks to buy in the lobby, including Italian Ice and Friendly’s ice cream sundae cups! Overall, it was a great stay! Housekeeping was wonderful and attended to the room daily.
