the house was clean and comfortable, although dated and in need of many small repairs.
the air conditioning in the room with twin bed is noisy and makes for difficult sleep. Overall we were very happy there.

quiet and spacious

nice neighborhood and being able to bring our pets is
a huge plus. The house is very roomy and comfortable.

Great house and location
Publié le 8 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt was a great experience and location on the cape for our vacation. The beach was only a mile away if that and nice areas to walk. The three bedrooms were perfect for the folks we had there.

Not a 5 Star Stay
Publié le 5 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayPrompt communication and friendly owner. Detailed check in and a great itinerary of local attractions is provided. The condition of the house, however, is less to be desired. One bathtub has the finish peeling off the tub, obvious water damage in rooms, broken floor tiles, broken screen door, broken countertops, poor lighting, broken fencing, mold on shower curtains and gross. I expected more than motel quality for the price paid. Be sure to take pictures of absolutely EVERYTHING as I was charged for items that were already broken and in poor condition upon our arrival (based on the cleaning crew's reporting). Was even accused of not picking up after my dog when we certainly did. We will certainly not stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious
Publié le 14 août 2022 sur HomeAwayExcellent house for our family of 8 plus a dog. Spacious and had everything you needed from linens to cutlery beach chairs and coolers. And we loved how close it was to Smugglers Beach ( 20 min walk). Charlie was a great host - he even greeted us and made sure we were all settled in nicely.
