Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door.

The check in was difficult & took a long time to figure it out since there is no one on the site. WiFi was not working even after many back & forth chats but the apartment was in a good location close to city center & it was clean.

Complicated

Found it very hard to get into property had to call operator a number of times for help, then could not get into flat again needed assistance. Flat door would not lock in the mornings as code would not work so had to take my luggage with me every morning, ( 3 days ) would not stay here again.

Central location

The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect.

Wi-Fi did not work for me on personal or corporate devices, had to make use of phone 3G, TV small and Ariel is temperamental , good hot water and good heating , comms not the best
