Un séjour au top du spa à la chambre, un personnel au petit soin et une super pizzeria pas loin chez Romano caffe pizzeria. Un parfait séjour avant notre croisière

Certaines chambres nécessitent de monter une quinzaine de marches pour y accéder. Pas très pratique avec des valises. Demander des chambres accessibles sans escaliers au besoin...

Les portes des chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et on entendait les gens parler dans les couloirs comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre. L’hôtel est par ailleurs très propre et tres bien situé.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologise that you felt that the staff was rude and that you had a problem with your reservation.
Unfortunately due to GDPR regulations in the UK we are not able to process payments without the card being present on arrival, this has been implemented across the entire country therefore all hotels must oblige by these rules in order to protect our guests against fraudulent transactions.
We apologise that we could not meet your expectations on this occasion, however we do hope to see you for an overnight stay on a foreseeable future.

Hotel très confortable, excellente literie.
Un bémol sur les portes des chambres peu phoniques. Par conséquent, on entend les bruits de couloirs.

The shape of the whole building is like a cruise ship. Also the view from the room is great, an excellent neighborhood
