Le prix de 161 euros ne correspond pas aux prestations de l'hôtel. Holiday in̈ express est le low cost de la chaîne. Il y a un événement ce week end à Southampton donc ils doublent pratiquement le prix. Nous venons à cette date pour une croisière donc pas le choix de date. La chambre est basique, avec un besoin de rafraîchissement. 15 mns de queue pour le petit déjeuner ou le choix etait tres limité compte tenu du nombre de personnes. Très décevant.

Good staff but ageing comfort

Nice place good staff, beds too small and uncomfortable the bed in room 32 is higher at the foot of the bed

Hotel was very busy and we found it difficult to find a parking space. The breakfast session was dreadful it was so busy it was unreal, queues everywhere and staff had to rush around to clear tables and stock up. In all the times I’ve stayed in hotels this was the busiest I had ever seen. It was the Southampton boat show week so this is probably why. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We had to leave early due to an emergency so disappointed we only got a refund of £50 when we paid £300. Overall the holiday inn are pretty decent hotels and you can expect clean and also friendly staff. Use them all the time.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was great so we went back. Really needs some renovating as it’s looking and feeling very old and tired. Even the landscaping was not maintained. The morning breakfast was the best! Excellent hot food
