Do not stay here. This places is a damp, dark, dungeon. Mould inside the bathrooms. Everything is wet. Paint and tiles are falling off. Such an inconvenient location with nothing safely located on the same side of the street -- must run across a 5 lane highway to get to a gas station (no crosswalk in sight). Our entire group of 10 agreed that this must be "the worst value for dollar" in America.

The staff was wonderful! We arrived very early for check in but we had full access to the pool! So we made a day of it! Needed a hair dryer, they provided 1 in minutes! No complaints! We will definitely return❤️❤️

We were never given room service, despite requesting it repeatedly. We received room service once at 5:00 PM. In addition, there were ants in the bathroom.

Dear Danielle,We're deeply saddened to hear about your disappointing experience at The Atlantic. As a long-time guest, your feedback is especially valuable to us, and we're truly sorry we fell short of the high standards you've come to expect from us.The issues you've described with room service and cleanliness are absolutely unacceptable and upon further investigation with our housekeeping leadership, there was a DND (Do not disturb) sign on the door when they went to service your room on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, the room was serviced between 5 - 5:30pm which was very late but within our hours of operation. Our Housekeeping ours are 9 AM to 5:30 PM and services are done within these hours typically in the late afternoon before the housekeepers leave for the day. Like on Thursday, you left for the day and by the time housekeeping get to your room you came back and found the room not serviced and they had to service the room when you leave the room later that afternoon at about 5:30 pm. Please know that we're taking your feedback very seriously and this has shed light to the faults in our service protocol. We will take better measures to ensure that services are done in the early afternoon to make sure that issues like this don't happen again.Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back for the excellent stay you deserve.Warm regards,The AtlanticGuest Experience Team

This is a very nice hotel, needs a little TLC, we had to skim the pool ourselves. Would be very helpful to have a signal leaving the hotel, it is very difficult to make a left out of the parking lot. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
