I personally would have liked an extra pillow, which may have been provided should I have asked, overall it’s great value. I would rebook

We booked for 2 nights, it was so filthy we checked out before 7.00 am the first night. We have tried to raise a complaint with The Swan but choose to ignore all attempts.

Hi Allison, your husband came into the bar a few hours after your check-in, no issues were raised? He asked me about parking . I don't think that was an attempt to raise a complaint.I was on duty that night until 11.30pm. Our rooms are certainly not filthy.

Southampton stay
Posted Jun. 3, 2024 on HotelsConvenient but road is very noisy for a stay in Southampton for St Marys attendance.
Bed was a little uncomfortable for someone who is 6'2" but facilities were clean and safe.
Good to have free parking and overall about right value for money.
