You would have read our published policies which reads: Caters to Adults ONLY. Minimum age is 21-years old. This is our policy across ALL Booking websites. Upon my 1/2 hour Orientation with you and your friend I asked you 2 primary questions: your age and if your parents knew you were here. You told me you were 18-years old & your girlfriend was 19-years old and yes your Mother knew where you were. Your girlfriend didn't provide her Mother's contact number as you both informed me that she never knows where her phone is. In addition, you knowingly signed our Registration Agreement document which reads: ANY false information provided by Guest or Breach of our Policies will make this contract null & void & will immediately jeopardise the occupancy of all guests concerned.As you are aware, we did not legally exercise our right to not permit you to stay on the property. One will agree and our 9's & 10's Guest Review Ratings will confirm our status.
