I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The beaches are stunning, it boast soft, light brown sand and crystal-clear turquoise water, perfect for relaxing, and the sunsets are truly breathtaking, offering a vibrant display of colors that make for unforgettable evening views. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, but a special mention goes to Queena at the front desk. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, offering helpful tips and assistance with a personal touch that really made a difference. The food at the hotel is fantastic, with delicious options that cater to every taste, though the drinks were just okay. Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional experience, with breathtaking views, great food, and standout service—especially from Queena, whose hospitality made my stay unforgettable!

Property perhaps in need of a bit of maintenance but it is a lovely place to stay so can be forgiven for that. Food excellent (meal plan well worth doing), staff lovely, overall a nice place to have a chill.

Our stay at Pompano Beach as above and beyond all expectations. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating for any and all needs. You don’t need to leave the resort unless you want to and then they’ll help you make it happen. The meal plan is phenomenal and if you want to eat off premises it’s easy to modify. We’ll be back for sure and hope to bring more family for the wonderful experience of Ponpano.

We will stay again !
Everyone is super friendly. They all go out of their way to keep us happy. We really felt like family. The view is amazing, the beach is perfect, our room was very comfortable. We did pay for our dinners in advance, and very glad we did. Every meal was fantastic. I'm sure I gained wait, surprisingly so, because there is a lot of walking and stairs.
