The villa is conveniently located close to golf course and most amenities. Great family stay and facilities, both the main bedrooms are ensuite and then there is a separate bathroom too

Good stay

I'm not sure!
Publié le 14 mars 2022 sur HotelsIt was OK. The resort is lovely. Although the restaurant was not so good. They keep telling us to sit outside cos they fully booked by the hotel guest. Although we dat the fire 2 his and the restaurant was still Empty. That's rather annoying. The facilities are good. The Villa was bad. Smelly, old, . The bathrooms was dirty. The tub/ shower was broken. Absolutely no toiletries. I'm very disappointed. This was supposed to be a home away from home. Didn't even feel like sleeping in the bed.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We do value every mail we receive. I am glad it was not all bad. The unit is a self-catering unit, and guests are to bring their toiletries. Unfortunately, the unit can not be left open for airing as the monkeys are a hassle and will plunder the units should we leave it open to air out. All effort is made to freshen it up before arrivals.

Twin beds in bedroom were uncomfortable and creaky on movement. The same bedroom door lock was getting stuck. The kitchen tap was not secure and general upkeep needs to be improved. Had to have 2 lights checked.
