The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for walks into town, the pier and the train station. Room was clean and quiet. Likely to stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very dated and the carpet was filthy. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. You pay for the area, not the room. Right on the seafront and across from a mall. High street is near where there are more shops and restaurants. I only stayed 2 nights but would have left if I was staying in Southend longer.

Great reception staff

Parked in car park opposite the hotel. Quick check in friendly staff. Room was great and a lovely view to the promenade and beach/pier.
