Pool not open the couple days we were there. Rooms could use some updates. Gym was nice. Breakfast was great.

The pullout couch was hard as a rock and the air conditioning unit was so loud, it woke us up every time it kicked on through the night (all night long).

Rude and unprofessional staff. Rooms are outdated, dark and depressing. No frills. Toilet was broken making noises non-stop so I just turned the water off. I waited for several minutes in front of the front desk staff and I was the only person there and they did nothing to help me for almost five minutes. They absolutely lacked a professional presentation, manners and communication skills. A downer all around. Go only of you have kids. It makes sense for that purpose only due to pool, kitchen etc

Its an old building. Rooms are a little humid ans carpeta smell a little. Bathrooms are great. Kitchenette equipment is old and not appealing. Good location and near everything.
