L’accueil a été tout simplement fantastique. Prestation à la hauteur et service au delà de nos attentes.

The staff is very pleasant, the area is beautiful, there is even kayaks, canoës and standup paddleboards tu be borrowed. There is an outside pool, a spa for adults. But the soundproofing of the rooms is awful. We hear very well our neighbors in the rooms that have communicating doors

Quel calme
Publié le 26 juill. 2013 sur HotelsReposant, et tres bien en famille pour les activites (piscine, canoe,...). Lave-linge appreciable. On a meme vu des biches le 1er jour. Seul bemol, on est au bord de la mer et les sdb sont humides.

This is my second stay at Ocean gate. Last year when I checked out they said they were doing a lot of remodeling over the winter. I didn’t see anything better honestly. The location is amazing. I can only imagine the place would be amazing with alot of work. The breakfast is the best part. Eggs bacon sausage and pancakes. Not to mention bagels toast cereal and fruit. Can’t beat that. The use of kayaks and canoes is great! The location itself is why I came back. The rooms need alot of help. Ceiling and walls were cracked. Fixtures rusted. I stayed three nights and only one night had available firewood for the fire pits. Easy drive to Boothbay. Would I stay again? Maybe if they really did remodel like their signs display all over the “resort.”
