Great place for an overnight stay - room comfortable, no view but we already knew that. Limited storage but no problem for overnight. Great buffet breakfast and friendly staff

Lovely hotel with helpful , friendly staff. Lovely bathroom and a comfy bed.
Great base for day trips. It was February.and not much open locally.

Nice staff, food and drink but not clean and dated
Publié le 16 janv. 2023 sur HotelsThe hotel was for the most part really nice, the staff are really friendly and it has a wide selection of drinks and food. We did have a few problems, We stayed in the suit it was very big with a lovely view. It was also clean but all the furniture had marks on and some of the wall paper was coming off the walls also the iron had no plug on it. The biggest one was the big box outside our room that has dirty and mouldy toilet paper in it. It has clearly been there for days as it smelled very badly. This also affected our room as it smelled of damp mold. I did request it to be moved but nothing happened. I'm sure it won't be there on your stay but it is something that needed to be noted.

Location of property was difficult to locate due road closure but lack good signage as alternative direction, it took over an hour to locate the property from a 1 mile radius. Difficult to get through to customer service by phone.
