Worst Home2 I’ve ever stayed in. The housekeeping neglect was everywhere: Room, lobby, elevator, hallway, parking lot, pool, fitness center. there just wasn’t anything clean.

Parking availabilty was limited. It was a little parking lot for the size of the hotel. Had to park on the back of the building & walk around to the front. Walking into the lobby there was a very strong odor, almost like it used to be a smoking hotel that went non smoking. The odor carried over into the room as well. The first room I was given was filthy & had not been cleaned. Back down to the desk to be given another room ready for occupancy, but that odor was there too! Room was 2 doors down from the elevator, so every time someone came up or went down the ringing of the doors woke me up. All in all really disappointed, usually this is a great brand, have stayed in them across the country, but will not stay here again.

We booked for a quick trip for an athletic event. The staff was very nice, however there must be a smoking lounge area that is bringing a strong smoke smell when you walk in. The lobby was decorated very nicely and in season. The hallways and some room details could use some attention.
