Harold I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The first day you had your DND on your door. I spoke to the housekeeping staff, and they did say they entered your room to give you stayover service when you were on the list. It's a limited service. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Checking in guy was rude to other customers and then to us.
Website shows food and drinks restaurant BUT it is closed.
Cleaning staff was excellent.
Breakfast is over at 9 AM that was a surprise.
Man managing breakfast was excellent.
Gentleman when checking in said cancellation was 4 pm the day before no matter what my conformation stated. Website states two TV’s not so pic shows two tvs in the big king suite with sitting room couch and chair. BUT NO TELEVISION
Check in guy really got us off on A bad start.
Very argumentative.

Hello Don. I have looked at the Expedia website and there is no mention of the restaurant on there. It's been closed for over two years and was taken off immediately. The whirlpool rooms have two TVs in them. You were in a king suite where it only has one tv. I would recommend looking at the pictures for the "Business Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & Microwave" as that's the room you booked. The pictures on the website shows array of different room types.I am very sorry that the front desk agent was rude to you.

Nothing was broken or in shawty repair. Very impressed with the upkeep of this property and comparing to the many hotels I have stayed in.

Good clean comfortable place to stay. Staff was ok. Not real friendly. Slept great! Would stay again!
