Passing Through

Nice hotel but can be tight, & clerks MIA
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HotelsCheck in. - clerk did not understand charge card entry and I ended up with the two day stay charged three times. Supervisor in morning cleared it up but had to contact card site to dispute two of the pending charges.
Several times , Front deck person pulled away for other duties and needed to be called on a desk phone at the front desk for service. No one showed up at check out and never received my bill
I could see the up dating being done in rooms and around hotel. Have stayed here in years past several times. Located to very good family restaurant across the drive way.
Rooms with two queen beds are tight. The second queen bed is against the wall so tough if two adults are in that bed because of need to climb out of it.

Poor value for $172. Not kept up. Small bathroom. No really clean Poor breakfast. Staff very pleasant. She let us check in an hour early so that we could change clothes for a wedding. Very nice
