This mother in-law suite is located blocks away from downtown, fest grounds and trail system. Unit provides all the comforts of home in a compact size. A full kitchen with gas range, upright fridge, full cookware and dishes will let you make a cooking masterpiece while you travel. Bathroom includes full tub/shower, vessel sink and towels. Memory foam bed and reclining sofa ensure that you stay comfortable. A/C unit. Access to the backyard for evening fires or grilling gives entertainment while you stay in and rest. Sparta is the Bicycling Capital with Big Biker Ben in the center of town, and easy access to all bike and snowmobile trails located 1 block from the residence. Ball park, public water park, and fest grounds are 2 blocks away (ButterFest, baseball/softball tournaments, craft fairs, gun shows) Free music and a different band playing every Wednesday night during the Concerts in the Park during the summer months. Downtown is 4 blocks away and has an array of eating/drinking options and many unique small business' to do some shopping. Even if you are just coming thru town to stay a night for rest only, you are guaranteed to have a peaceful and pleasant stay in our cozy, Tiny Home Away From Home!

Biking Getaway

This was a cute little property. Pics of the inside are very accurate. It is attached to a home that I think must be rented and we heard some arguing coming from that home. Other than that, we had a great stay. We were there to bike the trail which is so fun!!

Biking getaway

We chose this property for a weekend stay to bike the Sparta-Elroy trail. It was the perfect spot. Close to the trail in a quiet community. The property was like a mini apartment. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The bathroom was a good size and had nice fluffy towels. We would stay here again.

All the Comfort of Home

Our stay was three nights and days and we had all the comforts of home away from home. The bed was comfortable, the hot water abundant, and the fridge and stove full-sized. Our host was easy to communicate with. The listing included a backyard fire fit and jacuzzi, which are still in the works. We did have access to the backyard, patio table and chairs, and privacy. It was a good experience overall.
