From the moment you check in you’re greeted by the nicest team of front office staff. Shakira was an absolute superstar and Terry from ops was also great. Clean, well kept, beautiful location that is second to none. Oh and the guys in landscaping are absolute artists because the grounds are pristine.

Port St Charles is an amazing place. Sea turtles and various species of fish swim and play amongst the boats parked at the marina. Our 3 kids (13,11,9) never got tired of walking the docks each day to see what they could see. We were there in the off season, and it was very quiet. A perfect time to watch the marine life. Every day we used the water taxi to take us to Pier 1 restaurant. We ate great meals and used the beach chairs on the deck. We went snorkelling and swam with sea turtles. We swam across the channel from Pier 1 to the beach there and watched the wide variety of boats come in and out of the lagoon at Port St Charles. Our two bedroom apartment was cleaned to perfection every day. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all of us. The gym at Port St Charles is excellent and is fully air conditioned. The ONLY negative for us was that one of the bedrooms had windows with wooden slats that allowed the hot air into the room. The room did have an air conditioner and a fan, but they were not effective during a week of high heat and humidity. To be fair, I did not raise this issue with the front desk. We were all tired out at the end of each day, so the kids passed out every night with no complaining. We all loved our room and its location and did not want to move to another room, so we tolerated it and had a great week. I only mention it so others are aware. Port St Charles is a wonderfully unique experience. Stay here if you can!

Excellent marina development. The resort appeared quiet; majority of guests would be yacht owners; one restaurant on site but closed early evening due to covid curfew.

Great resort, dreadful maintenance of apartment. AC wasn’t working until day 2 as an example. Absolutely no supplies or welcome pack (not even salt & pepper).
