Avis Panoramic Views, Infinity Pool, Mature Garden Olive and Fruit Tree

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines!

Nous avons passé quinze jours merveilleux en famille dans cette belle villa. La piscine à débordement offre des vues magnifiques jusqu'à la méditerranée et constitue le point fort de cette location. Nous étions trois couples, deux jeunes adolescentes et un bébé d'un an. Chacun a trouvé son espace, les chambres sont très agréables et bien entendu la chambre avec terrasse à l'étage et sa grande salle de bain était parfaite pour nous les grands parents...Toutes les chambres ont leur charme, sont grandes et possèdent leur douche, sauf celle du milieu à l'étage où notre petit fils a dormi à côté de la chambre de ses parents.Nos petites filles au rez de chaussée, un autre couple au niveau de la piscine, tous ont été satisfaits. Nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs qui ont permis de résister aux fortes chaleurs puisqu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Nous avons découvert la région, de très belles visites dans tous les charmants villages, de Cabris à Saint Paul de Vence. Un vrai bonheur pour tous. Les plus sportifs ont pu se dérouiller les jambes à souhait et apprécier les vues imprenables de cet endroit. Toutes les terrasses ont été occupées pour nos repas, près de la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner, sur la terrasse côté salon ou sous la pergola niveau piscine pour d'autres repas, tous les espaces ont été bienvenus. Notre petit fils a découvert les joies de la baignade et ce fut un plaisir pour tous de le voir s'ébattre avec autant de joie dans l'eau toujours bien propre grâce aux bons soins du pisciniste. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de Madame Béatrice, son empressement à satisfaire nos demandes, elle est parfaite ! Vacances réussies, souvenirs merveilleux dans les yeux et le coeur, que demander de plus...

We stayed 14 nichts at villa Katorox. We had a wonderfull time there, the villa is beautiful, very well equiped and the views are absolutly fabulous! On the level off the diningroom are two terraces, a little one were it is great to have breakfast because of the shadow in the morning and there is a nice breeze during the day. The other terrace is larger and sunny. Very pleasant for evening dinners. The pool is stunning and the poolside in general is nice to spend the day. Every room is even more beautiful than the other. The bathroom in the masterbedroom is huge! We stayed there with ten people and never had the feeling that it was crowded. There is enough space and places to sit if you want a moment alone. At last I want to express my gratitude at Beatrice, she's the house conciërge and she is fantastic! During our stay we had a few, very small problems, for example our fan in the masterbedroom wasn't functioning well, we gave her a quick call and whithin 2 ours the problem was fixed! She's immediatly responding if you have questions and thereby a very friendly and sweet lady!

Linda's villa was just perfect for our family stay in the South, pool and facilities excellent. 9 of us (all adults) in all, the accommodation worked well giving space if needed. The views stunning. Location great with Cannes, Antibes, and all places within reach. Many local restaurants and supermarkets close-by, and further afield should you wish. We would definitely recommend and would return if available.

This was our first visit to Cote d’Azur, however not the last! We completely fell in love with this stylish yet quirky property in a wonderful and tranquil settings. Indoariska it had lovely rooms with nice and fresh bathrooms. A kitchen with all Thatcher you need, and lovely sittning room for nice games nights. The outside with all these nice seating areas, and of course the lovely pool! What not to Love?! We had the most lovely stay, help from our hostess and would like to comeback back again one day!

An amazing villa in a great location. As other reviews have mentioned this is a resort in itself with an impressive infinity pool set into a lovely olive grove landscape across several levels. The views all the way down to the coastline are amazing. Large rooms all with great bathrooms and a really well furnished living space. Good outdoor areas to eat and spend time together. Local Cafe de L'union is great and the delightful Cabris is within a 25 min or so walking distance too. The driveway is steep - bit of care needed but once mastered no problem.

Great vacation home, with lots of space, an exceptionally beautiful swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It should be noted that the terrain is very steep!

We were 10 grown ups spending week 29, 2023, in this villa. Everything was just perfect. We found it even better than on the pictures at the booking-www. The villa was easily big enough for all of us. Both the interior and the exterior was charming and cozy. There were plenty of possibilities for seating in groups and for different activities. Everything we needed of kitchen equipment etc. was there. The beds were very good. So were the bathrooms. The location is fantastic. The view amazing. Mrs. Linda has been very kind and accommodating. So has Esther, the housekeeper. She was very kind and helpful. The times we send her an SMS with a question, she answered immediately. If we should wish one single thing, it should be AC in the bedrooms, but it wasn´t a problem. There were fans, and that was okay. We want to give Mrs Linda, Esther, the villa, the location and everything connected with it our absolutely best recommendations. We just loved our stay there and we would really like to come back.

We spend week 28 on 2023 in La Katorox and enjoyed every second. We were a party of 10 counting 8 adults and 2 kids. A few days before we left for France Esther contacted us to make sure everything was going as planned and to arrange for us to meet at the house. Upon arrival Esther showed us around and told about the house and surrounding areas including the town of Spéracèdes. We were told that the parking space by the house was suitable for two cars only. We had three normal sized cars and managed to fit them in without any problems. The location and views from the house is spectacular and a perfect base for relaxing after exploring Cannes, Nice and Monaco - the nature reserve is just a few kilometers away and worth a visit. As we are a family that loves food it absolutely amazing to go to the local Intermarché for groceries and then fill up the tiny kitchen with eager cooks. The gas barbecue was big enough to be able to prepare food for all of us with no problem and the view from the outdoor dining area made the food and wine taste even better. During the day the lounge area by the pool was used for reading, playing games and relaxing. The pool itself was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay and a welcoming place to cool down.
