Great place to gather with family!
Our family had a great time at this vacation rental! It was the perfect blend of comfort, practicality and style. We loved all the places to gather as a family. We often ate outdoors on the beautiful porches. Indoors, we enjoyed playing games at the tables and gathering in the large family area. The children thoroughly enjoyed the tree house and spent many hours playing there. They also took advantage of the expansive yard to run and play games and the ping pong table in the garage was a big hit! Also, the family loved spending time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked which was helpful, as we cooked our meals each night. The master bedroom area provides a separate space that feels quiet and private. We visited the Gathering Place Park about 30 minutes away. It's probably the best park that I have been to. And Kerry was the perfect host! She was always quick to respond to any question or concern and was very enjoyable to work with! I highly recommend this property!

The Perfect Getaway
This home met all of expectations and more! We had 8 adults and one child. One downer in most homes is that there is never enough seating in the living area. This home provides plenty of seating and is so cozy. Another downer in most homes is that “a fully stocked kitchen” is generally lacking if you plan to fix meals while you are there. Wow this kitchen had it all! Fixing meals is a necessity for us as several in our group have special diets that most restaurants don’t cater to and we can’t risk it. The owners have taken the time to organize everything and they provide helpful lists to explain so many things that you really need to know. The outside grounds are just beautiful. We had coffee on the porch each morning and just soaked in the peaceful surroundings. We had a little situation arise and contacted the hosts. They were incredibly responsive and so helpful. They really went above and beyond and were just amazing. Lastly, this home is so close to so many great things to do! If you are willing to drive 15-45 minutes you will find just about anything you could want! However, this home has so many fun things to do you might not want to leave at all! We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay here again!

Wedding weekend celebration
We came to Tulsa from Colorado for our Granddaughter’s wedding. The home was just as described and well maintained. The house was clean and very comfortable. Great host! Very accommodating of our needs!
Kerry was super quick & responsive to all my emails and exceptionally accommodating to me and my family. She allowed and arranged for us to be able to check-in early as we were flying in from all over the country at different times to attend my uncle's funeral services. Kerry was very understanding of our situation and even offered late check-out as well (which we didn't need). Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the property properly under our circumstances for the stay and it mostly rained while we were there, but the property more than met our expectations. There was a nice welcome note and treats when we arrived. It had everything we needed to get through our stay. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and bathrooms for our party of 15. Kerry was an exceptional hosts. Should we find ourselves back in that part of the country, we'd stay there again. Thank you for not only accommodating our needs, but also for being compassionate & understanding of our circumstances, Kerry!

Most Pleasant Stay EVER!!
I hate to leave this review because then others will want to stay here. This was the BEST house and hostess that I've ever come across. The house is beyond beautiful and clean. Everything you can imagine that you'll need, is already there. Kerry did not miss anything. It was more like staying at a family friend's house than staying at someone's business property. Perfect family friendly home near the lake!
We had an excellent stay over the Fourth of July! Were in town for a wedding and some lake activities and it was the perfect location for our family. This home is very well cared for and clean. We had a great time at this property. The location was close enough to do everything we wanted, yet far enough to be secluded, quiet, and private for our group. The house was clean and well furnished (PLENTY of towels, fully supplied kitchen, sufficient hot water supply for our large group, lots of space to congregate inside or out). The lawn was freshly mowed. The host was very available. Check in and out was a breeze. If only every vacation had a property like this! We would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

EXCELLENT country get away!
The property sits on acreage between Tulsa and Skiatook amongst rolling hills, open fields and tree lines. Absolutely beautiful for the area. Driving up to the property you feel that this is going to be a great quiet getaway. Walking into the house it is apparent right away - this is one of the cleanest and well appointed properties you can get on VRBO. Our standards for “clean” are extremely high - this property way exceeded expectations. Absolutely spotless throughout and dust free. Just a big WOW on how the property is maintained. To add to the awesome experience, the property owner was exceptional in communicating and answering questions. Our kids had a complete blast exploring the trails, playing in the tree house and having a bonfire. Just an all around great time while never leaving the property. We 100% will book this property again!

Amazing Stay
Prior to arriving, the communication with Kerry was fantastic! She was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived at the property and everything was as described, only better in person! There was plenty of space for everyone and we did not feel cramped at all. The grandkids enjoyed playing in the treehouse and walking the trails. One evening we looked at the window and saw 4 deer right at the back patio off the master! It was spectacular. My daughters and I love the Pioneer Woman so we took the 45 minute drive to Pawhuska. The Merchantile during Christmas was fantastic. You’re also super close to Skiatook Lake and about 35-40 minutes to Claremore and not far from Tulsa. Some of the young adults drove to explore downtown Tulsa. It’s so great to have the rural location for the peace and quiet but to have so many entertainment options nearby. This place is perfect and the host is phenomenal!

Our family who gathered for a Wedding on the Lake could not have been happier with the property and the amenities. Comfortable modern property in a secluded environment was just the ticket for our family to reconnect and bond before our daughters wedding. Osage County guest house Extravaganza!
This home was the absolute best VRBO we have EVER stayed in! with 6 adults and 6 grandsons all 7 and under we had everything we needed . Beautiful ranch like property with plenty room to run, perfect sleeping accommodations, kitchen stocked with every kind of cooking devices you might ever need, large back porch with lots of seating and a great grill! Within minutes of Cross Timbers Marina, where we could keep our boat ready to go, and also minutes to Tall Chief Cove with swimming area and boat launch with boat dock to come and go from. This home was quiet and so peaceful and exactly as described. thank you Kerry!

Spacious, accommodating country setting. Close enough to groceries and restaurants to be convenient. The Lake that was only a 12 min drive was a big hit but if you wanted to just hang out, the property was great for that too. Clean and well stocked with needful items. Loved by all!
