Hôtel sympathique, bien placé, quai privé très agréable pour se baigner. Établissement vieillissant, nécessiterait une rénovation.

Property was pretty but terrible smell in room that smelled like sewer gas. Unfortunately, happened on a daily basis and front desk did not address except to let us know that he had checked it out and that we were mistaken. Provided late check out which was nice, but charged us for first night even though we didn’t stay because of a missed ferry to the island. Overall feeling, I would not go back and will stay on the beautiful island of Spetses again but at a different property!

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy you stay at Spetses Hotel.Three members of our Staff (including our Handy man and the Houseekeeping) checked your room about the smell and didn't acknowledge anything wrong. Maybe a detergent or a disinfectant used by our Housekeeping Team has a scent which you do not find pleasant.Regarding the first night which was charged although you didn't stay, please note that according to the Hotel policy, the room rate is charged for every night prebooked. We are sorry you missed your ferry, however the room had been booked for you and it remained engaged for you. The late check out was offered for free, hoping that you would be more comfortable before your departure from Spetses.Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope that you will enjoy your next stay in our beautiful island, wherever you choose to be accommodated!

The staff were polite and welcoming! We were glad to have transportation to the hotel. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade to a full ocean view, which we were grateful for the change.
