Hello Federic! Thank you very much for giving us a 5", it was so much fun conversating with you and your wife in the mornings through breakfast, all the staff enjoyed your presence and say "you two are amazing guest" . we wish the best of luck to your daughter through her education here at Ridge Water Collage, and to you two on your trip to Paris. hopefully we see you back soon. thank you for being wonderful guest. Front desk staff was rude and bickering with each other, made a mistake with my payment, had to reverse charges and charge me again. I was told on the phone there were rollaway beds, got there and there were none. Was told, no big deal, the room has a pullout couch. Get to room, no couch .Had to drive 15 miles to buy an air mattress to accommodate our 5th person. They would/could not give us a different room without paying full price for it. My two 16 year old girls were kicked out of the pool at 10 pm (it's open till 12) even though the only signage says under 16 needs supervision. They do not have pool towels by the pool, they give you one for each guest kept in your room. They make you wear wristbands to swim (why??) that disintegrate in the water. Really aggressive signage for smoking anything, anywhere within 50 feet of the building. The room was clean, and Continental breakfast was great, so support staff is doing their job well. We will NOT be returning.

Hello, after analyzing your review, I found out that the two people at the front desk was, the Manager and a New employee, who was being trained. I apologize for the inconvenience. I revise your reservation, it was done with a 3rd party and you requested a 2 queen for 1 adult and 2 children, when you checked in, there was 4 teenagers with you, unfortunately we were sold out and only had 1 room left which was a 2 queen room that you requested, you were exceeding the maximum number of people for this type of room, and there was no other room they could accommodate you in. the one roller bed we have, was being used by another guest, the front desk agent informed you of it. the pool room is for the enjoyment of our registered guest only, this is the reason we provide wristbands. the hours of the pool room area are set in the entrance door of the poolroom, and it is open from 8am to 12pm, children under 18 years of age can only be in the pool until 10:00pm, 7 days a week. the pool towels are kept in each room in a handwoven basket for easy carry to the pool, the amount of towels is the amount of guest on the registration, we do provide clean towels upon request from the guest. Our smoking signs are for the safety of our guest, we have build two brand new patios with chairs, a beautiful canopy and a grill for guest to enjoy, it is located 50 feet across from our main entrance and our side exit door, for guest to enjoy their smoke. again I apologize for the inconvenience,
