Fantastisk udsigt. Pænt og rent. Smukke omgivelser. Værtinden var ualmindelig gæstfri, hjælpsom og venlig. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette sted til alle.

In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center.

Mr. Oren Gozlan, I now deeply regret that I gave you and your family so much of my time and effort and offered you a free room upgrade (where I incurred a loss of EUR 250, which will never be repaid - YES, IT WAS ONLY MY GOOD WILL to make you this generous offer so that you feel comfortable here ). You had ordered 1x economy double room and 1x comfort double room. You chose the cheapest accommodation option knowing that the rooms are 2 floors apart (even if you have 2 small children) - thus the family would be split up and you would each sleep on a different floor. As a professional hotelier, I offered you a FREE transfer from an economy double room to an apartment with a view and exit to the garden (2 rooms) and an equipped kitchen, the use of which was not part of our offer. This means that, following my offer, you could be the whole family together next to each other in a spacious, two-room apartment (which you were not entitled to) and in a comfort double room. ALSO, I state that you exceeded the offer and cooked in the kitchen the whole time - we warned you that it is not possible to use the kitchen - we closed the door. You OPENED it yourself despite our ban and cooked every day (additional energy costs). You didn't have to pay an extra penny. YOUR false accusation of double payment for the stay - I consulted both with you and with Expedia.com's customer center, who tried to explain to you that the HAPPY pension - CANNOT and does not accept CARD PAYMENTS." It does not have the tools for this. In your reservation, you have stated: This guest will pay upon arrival. We have pre-verified the credit card BUT NOT pre-authorized it." It follows from my internal communication and communication via Expedia Partner Central - that YOU DO NOT WANT TO UNDERSTAND and you deliberately provide false information - YOU ONLY PAYED HERE ONCE and that was when you left with your payment card. You have never PAID IN ADVANCE. Any self-righteous person who has doubts about his outgoing payments - can check in his online banking.Your attitude and false accusations of our object - are a message to us that we will NEVER approach people of your character with a heart on the palm of your hand, a bonus for more and any personal activity.

V areálu penzionu zaparkuje na dvou parkovacích plochách reálně max.9 vozidel, což může být problém při plném obsazení penzionu, ale vždy jsme zaparkovali.

Es waren sehr viele Kinder anwesend.Der Lärm vor unserem Zimmer war schon sehr störend.Ansonsten ist die Pension weiter zu empfehlen.

Familiäre Pension in schöner Lage.

Traumhafte Lage, nah zum Zentrum mit Blick auf die abends beleuchtete Piste. Zimmer zweckmäßig aber sauber. Leider war das Frühstück sehr monoton.
