You don’t get much for your money

Breakfast was cold or still frozen at 7:15am. The day I checked out no one was at the desk, in the kitchen or no where to be found. Several of us in the lobby ringing the bell or calling the phone. No one ever showed up. Terrible service.

Don’t do it
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in went okay, desk staff were polite. Room was run down and dirty. Smelled like mildew/mold. There was dirt on the carpet and hair and dust on the floor of the bathroom. There were bugs crawling in and out of the drain of the jacuzzi tub. The handles, buttons and drains on the tub were caked in grime/sludge. I did not want to walk barefoot, wore sandals when getting out of the shower and stepped on a pair of dries out soft contact lenses that were not mine! I checked out early, couldn’t stand to be there. The hotel staff never gave ma a receipt or anything, just took the keys.
