Comfortable & Clean

It's a very short drive to Fort Smith and much more convenient and comfortable than a hotel room for the same price. Just minutes from a grocery store and several fast food restaurants, it was a great choice for our stay. Natalie was always very responsive. Highly recommend.

Peace and quiet

The kitchen was stocked with crockpots, pans, full size fridge with ice maker, and very comfy beds. It was wonderful sitting out on the small deck to eat breakfast and listen to the birds. The host always answered our questions quickly and is very hospitable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some peace and quiet.

Very clean! Very clean! Very clean! Was so happy with how clean the home was.
Has everything you need in the kitchen to make your stay easy (loved the ceramic coffee mugs, so cute), including laundry which was great for us since we had already been on the road 8 days when we got here.
Owner was great, called day of check in to find out when we were arriving so that she could have the air turned on before we arrived (Thanks!!!).
Having the garage to park in was much appreciated. Felt very safe staying here. Great location. Close to grocery and main road through town.

There is a grocery store on the corner, open 7am-9pm but not sure what the variety of restaurants are since we most of our time in Fort Smith.

Christmas trip 2021
