Apartment itself is located in the building with the history. It used to be the property owned by nuns who lived in this building. History, and culture are engraved in old stone walls at every corner of apartment.


Nearby Attractions : Right next to the building and the apartment, there are numerous churches, museum, shops, restaurants, Diocletians Palace. Imagine strolling down narrow streets of downtown Split, checking the old Roman walls of the emperor Diocletian.

Or you prefer a shopping spree. Split has a great selection of small shops. Traditional jewelry shops are worth of your visit, and the selection of gold jewelry is great.

Hungry? No problem. Local produce and fish markets are steps away for your local food sampling. Various restaurants offer convenience for those who want to spend more time exploring and sightseeing, and less time in the kitchen.
Exploring Split on foot is easy from our apartment. Visit the port and watch boats sail off in the sunset. Take sailing trips to local islands, or just stay at the local beaches (Bacvice) and dip your feet in the water. And do not forget the hiking trip to Marjan hill for that special picture perfect moment in Split.

Fantastic location

The apartment is literally on the main square, location cannot be beat. Very small bathroom and kitchen. I could have forgone the kitchen to have a functional bathroom. There is a washer in the unit, but no way to hang clothes to dry. This was important to us as we packed with the intention of doing laundry. We made use of the table and chairs in the main living space to dry laundry. (Otherwise these pieces of furniture were a waste of precious space). All in all we were happy with the unit. It was safe and clean.

Pros: the room is very conveniently located. It is literally few steps from the Diocletian Palace. My family traveled by train, bus, then cruise ship. Even with all our heavy luggage, we were able to walk back and forth from the room to the train/bus/ship. The room is also close to several food options but best of all was a Spar grocery store just steps from the room. The room also has complete amenities: kitchen with all tools/appliances you will need, some basic needs (salt, dish soap etc.), laundry machine, towels. Air conditioning was awesome (it was very hot during our stay). Zana is a very kind property manager. She even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. Iva is also easy to communicate with by e-mail when I have questions. WIFI is fast and reliable. Cons: there are no elevators in the property but just need to climb one flight of stairs to get to the room. The dishwasher and laundry are a bit difficult to use - it would be nice for an easy to understand guide to be provided. The room is somewhat small especially the shower area but it was ok for us (we are a group of 3 adults). The room was mostly clean but I did see some small bugs in the cupboard with the broom. No big deal though, probably just some dust bugs. The area is quite loud so if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue.

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Split

Very enjoyable stay - 2 nights prior to embarking on a Croatian Island cruise. Apartment is centrally located and was a great base to see the city.

This flat has everything you need! Even though it is compact, it suited our needs. The location was on the piazza close to restaurants and the Palace. We walked to all the attractions without a problem. Make sure to walk the wall! The views were great and we were able to take great photos.

Great apartment!

The apartment was just as advertised. The manager was easy to communicate with and helpful at check in. The apartment was very clean. It was a great location as far as being in the old town and walkable to everything. The one drawback is the noise from bar goers at night. I believe this is something that may be common throughout the old city though, no matter where you stay.

Wonderful apartment in the center of old town

We had a comfortable stay at the flat, thank you Zana. The flat is well located (albeit amidst the night noises!) great to be able to enjoy the Diocletian Palace early in the morning before crowds show up.

Absolutely loved the apartment, really close to everything in the old town. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay...particularly a small washer and dishwasher. Jana, the manager was particularly agreeable and helpful with both check in and check out. If we were to come again I would absolutely consider this apartment again.

Cozy Apt with a GREAT Location

This apt is just as pictured and described. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. We did not cook but it has a very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for two people. A bakery is steps away for morning pastries, coffee, and late night snacks. Easy to find and has a nice location. If you want to experience the Old City you will find it here.
