Amazing location, host, and experience
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwaythe apartment has everything you could possibly need and is walking distance to the main beach and city area, if you absolutely need a taxi it is max 6€ to go anywhere. the area is very safe and as 2 solo female travelers, we felt extremely safe walking at any given time of day. the host is absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and responsive and helps in any way he possibly can. Josko went out of his way to drive us the morning of checkout to where we had to go; the hospitality is so kind and caring and we are super grateful for this experience and hope to visit again soon!

4 Night Stay in June

Also in a great location near a good beach and walking distance from the main area of Split. Friendly host made this an enjoyable stay.

Für zwei Personen geeignet, aber
Publié le 23 oct. 2019 sur HomeAway...kein Fenster im Raum, keine Terrasse, kein Mobilar für draussen. Dafür aber eine sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Für vier Personen sicher nicht zu empfehlen.

The apartment is just as described and as it can be seen at the photos: it is a studio apartment of approx. 35 sqm, equipped with a double bed and additional sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Please note that the terrace and the outdoor sitting area are not advertised nor mentioned in our listing offer and description. In front of the entrance of the apartment there is a private parking space which is ideal if you are arriving by car and if you want to stay in the center of the town having a free of charge parking place. As you have already pointed out, the apartment is in central location, close to the city center, beaches, harbour, train and bus station.

Please note that the outdoor sitting area is not advertised nor mentioned in our listing offer and description. In front of the entrance of the apartment there is a private parking space which is ideal if you are arriving by car and if you want to stay in the center of the town having a free of charge parking place. As you have mentioned, the apartment is very close to the city center and the beach but also just few steps away from the city port, train and bus station.

Gemütlich, sauber und zentral
Publié le 9 août 2018 sur HomeAwayWir waren zu dritt (drei Mädels) dort und unser Auto hatte einen Platz direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral trotzdem ruhig und wirklich einen sehr kurzen fussweg zum beliebtesten Strand entfernt. (der meist recht voll ist da er sandig ist). Aber wenn man ein bisschen weiter zu fuss geht hat man die wunderschönen Steinstrände auf denen nicht so viel los ist. Nach downtown geht man ca 10-15 min und supermarkt ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einige Küchengeräte und sogar einen Fön. Bei uns gab es sogar einen Sonnenschirm ;) wir haben uns schnell heimisch gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
